Purchased 6 rolls of Pine Straw on 7/22/2022. It was 50% gray in color when I unrolled. Went back to the store and was told “We do not have control on the quality of products we sell like plants and pine straw”. That was it. I will now probably buy my landscaping materials from a local competitor.

We took items from half off bin and they rang up full price. Manager basically said too bad. Watch out for this bait and switch.

I was needing to replace my gas stove and, Dianna H., the Appliance Specialist was very knowledeable and helpful and made my shopping experience a pleasure!

Whenever I go to this Home Depot for an electrical or lighting issue, I look for Barbara in that section. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!

I bought this product online because it was not sold in the store.

The store associates were extremely helpful in locating the product, getting it priced, pulling it down from the racks, and getting it ready for us to pick up a week later.

I have used on line ordering from the Home Depot app many times. Communication keeps the customer aware of pick up status. All orders have been correct and easy to pick up.

I had to literally follow a customer who was lucky enough to get a cart to his truck and help him load his lumber in order to get one for my own use. None in the store. None in the parking lot. And to top it off, now they have blown my order and have no idea when it will show up.

This is my favorite Home Depot, the people are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and assist you from the beginning of your purchase until you pay for your goods or services recommended highly!

The employees at the return counter were a great help returning a product I purchased online.

I had an issue with Christmas presents not getting delivered. Three months later, the staff helped me get what I needed for my kids, and stayed true to making the situation right. My Home Depot for life! What a great place.to shop!!!!

The past 2 weekends I’ve been renting equipment for projects around the house. The rental staff has been great - helping me load and unload, showing me how to use the equipment, and courteous. I’ll continue renting from this location even though it’s a little farther from home than the other stores

Building a deck and had to visit the protest five or six times. April helped every step of the way and went out of her way to assist me. Couldn’t be happier!

Piteful experience !!

I was impressed with the customer service manager, not at all impressed with the employees.

I live very close to this Home Depot and it’s very convenient. However, on many occasions, all of the self check out is closed and they will only have one or two cashiers working. I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen more than two at a time. It just takes too long to check out of this place.

My three most recent trips to this store have been very pleasant and successful because of the employees who interacted with me and helped accomplish my big projects for plumbing and electrical in my home.

I recently purchased a refrigerator and I recieved the best service from the salesperson Sara in the appliance department.

Convenient, smaller than some, consistently out of things, poor service on the floor, the service desk is ALWAYS helpful even if they don't know what to do they get help and make it right. Poorly lit, crowded isles.

Employees were very friendly and helpful other than saying thank you after the transaction was complete.

I visited the N pleasantburg store twice. Barbara in kitchens was there both nights. In both occasions she was as very helpful. She greeted me and the second night she remembered my name. She was very helpful. There was also a live Christmas concert . It was great ❤️

The items are where the app says they’ll be. I don’t usually need help, but when I have, associates are friendly snd helpful.

Kenzie at the service desk is the best customer service representative I’ve encountered in 20 years. She goes above and beyond to exceeded guest expectations!

When having a valid receipt of less than 90 days and wanting to return a item why do you have to provide a drivers license ? I provided another State issued ID and HD refused it. It looks to be a policy not only about keeping records of your returns but the policy is also designed to keep your money. They also will not answer how long they keep your private license) information.

This Home Depot store is the closest to my house so is very convenient. The employees are friendly and helpful when you find them. The store itself is a cluttered affair with boxes, ladders, and forklifts clogging the aisles.the management needs to instill tidiness into his/her workers. Your store is retail, not an open box warehouse.

The cashier failed to allow me to put in my phone number to get an email receipt and would not allow me to return the product and check out again so that I could get it email receipt. There is only one allowed a year without a receipt. Try and shop elsewhere
