One of the most unorganized Home Depots, Hard to find a cart or buggy that doesn't have something stacked on it sitting all around in the store. Even with all the mess, it's still better than going into "SLowes"

Greeted when entering the store by an associate which also is convenient if you need information for an item location.

As a professional in the construction industry, I quite often rely on local businesses that specialize in a particular trade due to the availability of specific products that i use, the knowledge of employees in a particular field, and the ability to develop a working relationship with one or two people who know who i am. I am however, grateful for the convenience of this Home Depot. I depend upon it for quite a few products, and shop here almost daily. Thinking back quite a few years now, I don't think I've had a bad experience, even though I am looking at it from a tradesman standpoint, and not just a homeowner. And if you have never bought a RIDGID power tool, you need to try them. The lifetime warranty registration is a pain in the butt, but the power/battery hand tools are professional quality and who can beat a lifetime warranty?

Rude associates from the returns desk at the entrance, and in the small appliances, lighting, and home decor departments. They DID NOT attempt to offer any help to try and assist in finding the products that I had intended on purchasing, nor did they even ask if they cared. I guess checking your smartphone for Facebook Messages or texts are more inportant. The funny thing about it, I would expect that from younger generations. But My age range ( mid 30's) and up to late 50's, come on now. I would not recommend stopping at this store and just driving right over to the competitor to receive better customer service to accomidate all your home improvement needs.

Home Depot was the only store that I visited in my area that had products to help me with a Japanese Beetle invasion that threatened to eat many of my plants and trees. They especially like the Knockout roses, native Wisteria and Crepe Myrtles! Thank you Home Depot!

THE STORE WAS CLEAN. THE GUYS IN THE LUMBER DEPARTMENT ARE RELUCTANT TO HELP A LADY PICK OUT ITEMS THAT ARE NOT DAMAGED. ONE PARTICULAR GUY ANNOYED THAT I WOULD ASK HIM TO HELP LOAD THE CART WITH HEAVY ITEMS. HE USUALLY WORKS AT THE FRONT DESK FOR CONTRACTORS. THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASION WHEN I ASK THE SAME PERSON.

Self Checkout was having IT problems. Female sales associate, remained positive despite the negative comments from other customers.

The store was arranged in a way that made finding needed products easy and the prices are very competitive.

I visited the N Pleasantburg store on 7/08/15 to color match a piece of wood siding that i had from an existing building. A knowledgeable employee color matched and suggested a durable exterior paint . The best trip i could ask for as i was in and out in under 5 minutes. Cashiers are always very friendly and never forget to ask if i found everything ok.

Found my planting needs that others did not have in stock. The store associates were just great and helped me immediately. Great experience!

Good store generally, helpful associates but hard to find sometimes. Usually 3 people working around the contractors desk but hard to get checked out there, usually go to self check or the other desk beside contractors desk.

The lawn and garden associate greeted me upon store entry. She was knowledgeable about the various plants, when to repot plants, how to water the plants, when to administer plant food/fertilizer, and lighting. Store isles were clutter free and the assortment of plants both indoor/outdoor was vast.

The associate made really easy for me to get what I was looking for. The cashier and the person working in the floor were very nice and patient with all my questions and concerns. Was a pleasure get what I needed without any difficulty plus I was available to use a coupon to pay in 24 months without interes. Thank you.

The best thing about the Pleasantburg Drive store is employee personality. Most of them are older and they always seem to care about your experience.

After purchasing some items in an outdoor collection at the S Pleasantburg store, I went to N Pleasantburg to pick up an ottoman that was out of stock at my local store. When the associate rang up the item, the total was higher than I expected and I asked if it included the 15% discount for the Memorial Day sale. She acted annoyed at the question and told me it did. I asked what the original price was and she told me she didn't know but insisted the price included the 15% discount. I paid and started to leave but looked up the item online and found that the price did not include the discount. When I went back to the cashier, she insisted it was discounted until I showed her the info online. Then she said it wasn't part of the sale and wasn't supposed to be discounted (even though she had just told me the price she charged included a discount). I ultimately decided it wasn't worth trying to press for he discount and left, but with a bad taste from the attitude of the cashier.

My wife and I just bought our first house and had to buy a few big ticket items. Store associates were very knowledgeable and very helpful in the whole process.

I have been using this store location since 1995, whe I arrived in the USA. It has always been my preferred location for hardware purchases. I seldom have been dissapointed, or unable to locate exactly the items needed.
