I was looking for an item that was not in the correct box but with some searching I was able to find the product I was looking for. The cashier was rude and snotty before I even got there so I opted to go to self checkout.

The North Haven Store associate JodiAnn was very helpful in opening my account, She was friendly and pleasant. Doug in Landscaping was a true gentleman. He walked me thru my purchases and explained the use and operations of my John Deere Lawnmower. Lamar the store manager was very helpful as well.

I like the new changes and new people at the store. Everyone eager to help.

The sales associate was so helpful. Answered questions I didn't even know I had.

The salesmen have been there for so long. I feel so comfortable dealing with them. I have bought several appliances from them while redoing my kitchen. I was also so impressed with the online help I received before shopping. they were very honest about the products and gave me great advice. I went to buy a new microwave and wound up buying a new stove also.. so glad I got 24 months no interest payments plus some rebates!!

The women working the paint dept. desk are very well informed and helpful. It's a pleasure to deal with them.

I love our local Home Depot, we have friends that work their we get quality products and great service. I flipped my first home and while it was a different store location, I could do it and they absolutely helped.

There were a lot of associates on the floor near the front. I passed them 3x's and no one approached me when going past to see if I needed any help. I was looking for a product called "Goo be gone", couldn't figure out where to find it.

The store was very neatly organize and the product was easy to locate. The price of the item was less than another store that I visited. The cashier was friendly and interacted with me as a customer. I recommend Home Depot because it is my store of choice for my daily needs.

The North Haven, Home Depot, has Great customer service skills. The Specialists in the flooring department are outstanding. Brain Greene, made a difference and was able to make a sale. The level of training and experience is what makes an exceptional employee such as Brain.

Diaz in the appliance dept. assisted me in purchasing houses for my entire new home. He was very knowledgable and expedient in his service. He could not do enough to make me happy. Told me that was his goa.

I know where everything is and I like that especially when I need to run home to finish a project.

Shelves are not restocked. Not sure if they don't have the parts or if they are in boxes on the top shelves. I had one helpful associate in a paint ask if he could help with anything else. I had just left the hardware aisle and no assoicates were in the aisle, so I asked if he could check for sheetrock screws. He came over and all he could say was he was glad that I brought the problem to his attention. I own stock in Home Depot, and I believe that they cannot rest on their laurels. They should continue to provide excellent service, stocked shelves, and clean stores.

I came to the store to purchase new floor mats for my car. I picked up a good pair, and a store associate, Alesia, pointed out an even better set that was on sale. I was very happy with the quality and thanked her for being helpful and so friendly! She also helped me through self check out and made my trip fast and easy!

I went in to the store quickly to purchase a few items. I always go to this store and went in a rush. The woman at self-check out, (Alecia/ Alesia?) noticed I was in a rush and came over to assist me through the check out. She was very polite and greeted me! She thoroughly scanned my items and promoted me through the payment screen. She's always a friendly face at HD!

Customer service here is off the charts great, had to ask 1 person about a bunch of different things and he knew where everything was on the bot. My cashier was Crystal and she was the nicest cashier ive had in any store. Keep up the great work guys!!

Very organized store, i was able to find my plants and soils right way, and finish my shopping on time.

I visited the store to purchase paint. The sales associate was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me find the right product.

Home Depot in North Haven is one of my favorite places to go for all my Home Improvement projects and materials. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by each and every staff member and asked is there anything I can help you with? Or would you like some help? It's a great place to go when your not sure what exactly you need or for the hard to find pieces necessary to complete the job. The entire staff is extremely helpful and really makes each visit worth it. There have been quite a few times that I didn't know quite what I needed and by discussing what I intended to do or thought would best work the staff members I interacted with could either point me in the right direction of a product or even suggest a better way to resolve my issue. As a somewhat new homeowner, it's great to know that there is a local business right here in my town that has the products and people necessary to get the job done. Thanks Home Depot North Haven for a great store and great people!

Was able to find everything I needed to "makeover" most of the house... bought everything I needed over several visits... no issues

Many times employees go unnoticed during everyday interaction with customers. Well I would like to notice three employees in your North Haven store. Two Store associates tagged team me in helping find the product I wanted to purchase in multiple locations. They didn't leave me until I was satisfied with the items I had in hand. The cashier was the topping on the cake, because she asked me if I found everything I needed during my visit and most important as well....she smiled!. Thank-you!!

My husband and I always comment how much we like the North Haven Home Depot. The associates there are very friendly and helpful every time we come. Our most recent visits to the window covering department were exceptional. Thank you!

I have shopped this HD for quite a few years. Anytime I needed assistance or had questions, available associates and/or manager have always been friendly, helpful and able to assist in various ways Can generally always find what I need. Last time I went I found what I needed as soon as I walked in the door- a place to go where I couldn't hear my wife nagging me!

There were numerous customers checking out of the garden section, many with full carts. The scanner on the cash register was not working consistently. She made every effort to help customers by moving among the different registers available. She was polite, kind, and made those in line comfortable with the slight wait. The young woman is an asset to the staff at Home Depot...all service staff should take a lesson from her.
