We completely remodeled our bathroom and love everything we purchased.

I purchased 2 Generac home generators from Home depot several years ago and they have worked every time we had a power failure.

Had questions about the items I needed no one around to help ask girl at front of store who said there is no one in that department right now but come back in an hour or so someone should be here then

Had appt to order countertops with Kitchen designer Phil. He has consistently displayed excellent customer service and knowledge of the entire kitchen renovation process. We placed our order with Home Depot based upon his excellent attention to detail

The staff in this store is excellent. They always greet you and offer help on the way into the store, and I have always been assisted by experts who take the time to make sure I have what I need.

Most of the time I come here and they have higher quanties than other locations.

Today we visited HD in North Haven CT for flooring - met employee Lisa Rapuano - she was tremendous ! She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable - offered us great advice that led to our purchase. Highly recommend Lisa !

I like the fact that the aisles are clearly marked as to the products that are in those aisles. It makes it so much easier to find what you want. If you need help, there is someone close by to help you. The associates are well versed about the products.

Cashier Anajah was incredibly rude and confrontational. Will never return to this store.

North Haven Home Depot Is the best.

the people in the store usually always very helpful , the yard guy they have there always goes above and beyond to help , either with loading your vehicle or even just getting carts out of the way in the lot that people dont put in the proper spot when done shopping

Your cashier Dahquan at the North Haven store did a fantastic job, I highly recommend him for employee of the month. Bravo Zulu Dahquan!

My favorite Home Depot hands down, I could be at a location far from this store and I refuse to shop at any other location. This particular store and employees really try to make your shopping experience so much better. They don't hide deals or lie about products, they also if your a loyal customer will give you discounts.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The person at Customer Service paged an employee so that I could obtain help purchasing cellular blinds. The employee who helped me went above and beyond explaining the numerous options that are now available. She then directed me to the tool section to get installation items. When an employee saw me with my hands full, she came up to me with a carriage. Check up was efficient and smooth with the same employee who had helped me with the cellular shades. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store was clean. All store employees wore masks.

It is convenient having the Home Depot here in North Haven, which is near most of the properties that we manage. Larry, Jenn and the staff at the Pro Desk always treats us exceptionally well, as does Lisa in Paint but the entire North Haven crew is top-notch compared to other HD's and always goes the extra mile to earn our business. The store is easier to find things in and get out quicker than most of the other big boxes, their merchandising flow and organization is appreciated as they put things together which make sense.
