Needed several plumbing problems fixed. The Professional worked with me on arriving at a reasonable price to have all issues taken care during the same visit. The work was of the highest quality I have had performed in a very long time. I will definitely use this service again and again in the future.

Warm and friendly. They go above and beyond.

Staff is very rude and inattentive. Not enough staff. Point of sale system malfunction caused me to waste half an hour of my life.

The only reason not five stars is that it took a very long time to find an employee to help.

I'm handicapped and one of the employees directed me right to the item I was looking for ., saving me lots of steps instead of me looking for it myself . Home Depot is my favorite building store .

Everyone were friendly and ready to help you as soon as you get in the store.. I always use the app to relocate my items and if I need help the employees are there to assist when in doubt..and the store is neat and clean I love this store #6510 I am a loyal regular customer and my husband and friends are as well..

This store is well supplied with everything needed to keep all homes in shape.

Every employee that I asked about an item, immediately answered any ? that I had about the item then took me to the item. Cashier named Davinesha was very nice and helpful she asked me if I had found everything that I was looking for. Then she asked me if I was interested in receiving a discount on my purchase, of course. She told all about applying for the HD card. I was approved and I received a $45 discount on my purchase, AWESOME! Thank You Davinesha!

The lumber department never has orders on time for any of the contractors this is so frustrating. We spend millions of dollars here and the lumber department just doesnt care at all. The only good person at this home depot is (Freddy) from lumber department he always makes sure all the customers are happy and satisfied. He is always up and down working during his shift other than that all the employees from lumber do the opposite. I placed my order two days ago and the order pullers still have not gotten it done at all. This is ridicoulous! Management has to do something about this ASAP!

For Mrs. Denise continued outstanding, unexplainable, magnificent customer service. Mrs. Denise has continued to go beyond all measure to assist me by hand an foot. Due to a medical condition and brain surgery. I am unable to shop at any store. My brother would shop for me until he just recently passed away. I have never seen a level of customer service like this. Every morning I would call the store and speak with Ms. Rebecca and inquire about Lysol and wipes. She was also of great assistance. Before the pandemic my, brother and I met Mr. Hector. His smile would lighten your day. Mr. Hector gave me his card and told me to call him if I ever needed his assistance. I spoke to Mr. Hector several mornings inquiring about Lysol and wipes. Mr. He chores said yes. He took them to Mrs. Denise and she checked me out. The list goes on. I highly recommend this store.
