Bad customer service nobody wants to do their job And most definitely anybody else wants to do anybody else's job. I waited about two hours so they could get some windows down for me .

Store is clean and organized much better than years before, keep it up!

Great selection of quality items. The store is nicely organized as well.

On my visit one of their employees walked to each and every possible location to find what we were loking for. She was so helpful. I just wish I could remember her name.

It's a busy store that's understaffed and not a lot of knowledgeable people in customer service but if you know your way around the store it's not a big deal. However if you need anything go to the Pro desk where you will get someone who is knowledgable and understands customer service.

Its a big home depot and usually they have what ive been looking for. I used the home depot app and usually they have it on stock

I went in to purchase ceiling lights for my kitchen. I had viewed them online. They were easy to fine and the prices were great.

Most of the employees in this store go out of their way not to assist customers. I only use this store because of the convenience of location to my facility. An example is a few months back I was trying to get indoor/outdoor carpet(black). I walked up to a group of employees, 4 or5, who standing around talking, I asked for assistance. I was told I'll be there in a minute sir. 20 minutes later I left the store without carpet. If a customer at my facility had done this I would've have fired 5 employees. Now i usually only visit this particular store if I know i will not need assistance.

I always shop at this store because i know my way around the store and because the associates are friendly

Day workers need a area in the parking lot.-------

I was very upset with service I received from the cashier and lady named Brenda I spoke with from the 1-800 number. It was the wrong order that I went to pick up from Home Depot. What they had I did not order that.

The store always has the items I need and is centrally located to my jobs and the prices are better than most hardware stores. I love this aspect THE PROBLEM IS: This store HAS THE WORST "WILL CALL" SYSTEM and WORST timeframe pulling materials via forklift that I have EVER SEEN. Items are seldom pulled and ready when placed in advance. Building Material Department is EXTREMELY SLOW pulling items requiring a FORKLIFT. HORRIBLE value of customer's time. Employees in Building Materials have no sense of urgency when there are customers in line before 9 AM. On 4 of my jobs, my workers wasted and waited for over 2 hours just to pick up materials because employees are SOOOO slow, esp with the forklift. Not enough licensed forklift drivers to handle the workload. The morning employees have a "do not care" attitude and pass the buck from one to another. I have alerted the Managers of my plight and nothing has been done to correct these consistent, troubling issues. I spend too much money here for this nonchalant treatment from Management and employees. It is frustrating. I have resolved that I will pay the extra cost at other hardware stores for the PEACE OF MIND and time I save when materials are ready and waiting for me.

Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and contacted installers when issues arose. Great customer service and I never felt like my order was less important than others.

This location needs to improve on busy service skills

Store is well organized and associates know there stuff! When i come in i ask where something is at and they point me in the right direction everytime ,never fails.

All good experiences at this store. I plan to keep coming back

Knowledge of store associate helped me complete my project with ease.

Sales Associates were very pleasant and helpful. Even helped me find another associate with other product questions.

After I mentioned to the cashier that I was a disabled Vet and needed help, 2 young men eagerly jumped in and helped me fill my bill; I was overwhelmed with their kindness and enthusiasm, plus they exhibited NO reluctance upon discovering that I wanted a particular sandstone WAY in the back of the bin and that they would have to remove A LOT of other ones to get me what I wanted...then they loaded my truck. What a deal!

No problems at all. OK I guess what I type wasn't enough. I would go there again, stop being picky about which store location because this one on 45 North is just as good as any and I found the people there are very nice. No one gave me any reason not to come there. Thanks for reading.

Its more the delivery people Im upset with not the people in Home Depot

This visit was right after the recent flooding, and even though the store was extremely busy, there were plenty of helpful associates, who took their time to help me find specific items. I found everything I needed for my plumbing project, and was in and out in no time at all!

Each and every time I went to the store I felt comfortable in knowing that if I needed help it was there.

Only Self-Checkouts were available at this store. There were not any cashiers. Had to wait in line for Contractors/Professionals to pay for their purchases

I always go to this location because the staff there are helpful and its easy to find an associate.
