Products where easy to find and store is clean, even i did not need help the associate asked if i needed help and walked me to the area i was looking for..

It was hard to find someone to help me located what I needed and the cashier at the self-checkout isle was extremely rude. My machine malfunctioned and when I went to go get her she seemed overall bothered by the fact I took her away from a non-work related conversation she was having. She was very rude to me.

your staff are helpful I got a big welcome when I came in and that made me happy

The products were easy to fine. The associates were very courteous and helpful. You were greeted when you walked in the store and if there were a delay in assistance they were kind enough to explain the delay and assure you someone would be there to help as quickly as possible as soon as the previous task was completed.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff... Very happy with the service and the product selection.

I walked in to Home Depot in search of a Milwaukee job site radio and I walked out with one that had Bluetooth and which was on sale also... As always it is a pleasure shopping at the Home Depot!

The aisles were full of not stocked merchandise, even though there was a place to put it. The product on the shelf was mis marked, and disorganised. Only go here if you know exactly what you need and what it cost, also do not expect an employee to help you, they run away.

The store is very organized customer service is very helpful and they no their Department well. If you have any questions they will have a answer. Great Store

Excellent store for most purchases. I often come to this store as it is close to my office. Usually, they have everything I need in stock and lots of variety of products.

Needed help with a fan and watched the young female store associate climb in between the racks to get the last one I needed. Thanks for the help and the fans are AWESOME!

Hardware was mixed up, and I don't mean the occasional bolt being put back into the wrong bin by a customer, I mean the bolts were located in the wrong bin. Boxes of bolts that were together on the shelf were 2 different sizes. Selection was less than ideal. Why is the shortest bolt of the 3/8 to 1/2 size inch and a half? How hard is it to put 1.5" bolts in the 1.5" bin and the 2.5" in the 2.5 inch bin? Evidently it is comparable to rocket science for the stocking team at this store.

I enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot Store, personnel has great customer service skills and are very friendly whenever I need assistance. I highly recommend store #6510.

I went to the store looking for a drill I really dont know much about tools but RON help me out was patient with my kids and help a rude customer after interrupting in the middle of his sentence he kept calm and apologies to my after he help the customer ron was more than helpful he show me many drill explain the use for them ask me for what did I needed to assure he was getting me the right one after I choose one he said with confidence that he knows that I had really made the right choice and I know that he really meant it. This happend on 6/26/15 around 12:15. Thanks RON ones again. Thanks home depot

I purchase a charcoal bbq grill and I if I could have the one on display because it was already assembled and the associate said if you purchase a brand new one in the box, they would assemble it free of charge within 3 days. That's a fantastic bargain.

This is the only building supply store close to my home. Otherwise I would probably shop Lowe's as well.

From the time I entered the store, and asked the first associated for the needed item, he told the aisle number. When I got to the aisle another associate directed me straight to it.

Had a great store visit in and out..especially when i had a busy day...really helped out

Someone named "Ian" was extremely attentive and friendly in giving my wife and I clear directions for what we were needing. Her willingness to help us though we were not even in "her department" went above and beyond anything we have experienced here before; turns out she has been there a long time...so it wasn't just a "Hi, I'm new here...welcome to Home Depot" at all! Great attitude.

At times I shop at the store at north freeway location and I like it because it is easy to find a variety of items at the store and its location is convenient for me, but on 6/4/15 2:57 pm the cashier that assisted me had POOR customer service. I really think that the issue may had been because either she just gives poor customer service or maybe because I only saw two cashier lanes open giving her stress knowing that she and the other lady were the only ones to assist customers, etc. Yes, self check out was available which I normally try to use but the lanes were full there too. So now I will think twice before go to that location and I hope that cashier that assist me has a better customer service towards me then the last one that help me.
