Didn't have to wait too long in line to pay my bills,rep was available to assist

I bounght freezer and I'm so happy

I asked an employee for help and they weren't very friendly or much help in finding what I was looking for.

I purchased paint, and the young lady who assisted me with my color and mixing it was absolutely spot on. The color was Natural Grey from Behr. The young lady told me it would take 10 minutes, but it felt like so much less time; they were mixed and ready for me to pick up.

This store is outstanding. The pro desk employees are so helpful. Mrs Joyce, Mrs Cassie and others. They help make this company the Best. Thanks guys for all the help and knowledge.

Several managers and store associates went above and beyond to assist me and are absolutely the BEST!!!!! Went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. I will continue to make this my home store as shopping here is a true pleasure. Shout out to Store Associates: Crystal, Angel, Stacey, Dana, Gio and Mark as well as Managers PaTrinkle and Rob! I purchased lumber and gardening supplies and plants, sod etc multiple times and always had a good experience. Help loading an I have always been treated like I was important to them. Home Depot North Jacksonville rocks!

April1, 2025 four kitchen appliances were delivered to my home. The microwave was damaged, and would have been evident to any installer, but it was still installed. I saw the damage and informed the men. I was given a card and told to call, which I did. I received a replacement a few days later. The dishwasher still smells badly, and the refrigerator makes loud gurgling, knocking, moaning sounds, and it seems to charge for an inordinately long time! I did complete a survey, but almost five months later, no one has followed up. I actually mentioned to the salesperson that I believe I was given refurbished appliances, which she adamantly denied.

This store was fully stocked with all types of goodies for your home needs.

Even though the product we were looking for was not in stock, we found something better. All the associates were nice and friendly.

My last two purchases met my expectations. An earlier purchase was retuned and received a prompt refund.

I really enjoyed my visit at Home Depot I was shopping for Windows there was a black lady named Sharon she helped me with and I was very thrilled and happily surprised on how informed she was in assisting me and how knowledgeable she was about the windows I will consider her a great asset to Home Depot

We bought a large amount of paint and the employee that we were blessed to have helping us. While being there my husband thought he’d lost his phone in the department while we were there. He discovered this when he was at the nearby checkout counter and then immediately panicked. Employees at the checkout and others close by came over and kindly calmed him down and assisted him in finding his phone

I purchased $100 worth of items from this Home Depot store yesterday on 3/2/25 and the cashier didn't do something right as I didn't get my military discount and it's very upsetting and frustrating as I'm entitled to it. I'm already qualified for the military discount from the app and I always receive it when I order online so I should've received it in this store also. I should've asked for a manager and didn't think about doing that.

We have been shopping at the Lem Turner store for about 10 yrs now everyone is nice yes I would recommend you to my family and friends.

Everytime i got there i always get any help i need and quickly. Employees are polite and actively looking to assist if you need it.

They don't like coming out of their so-called comfort zone to help you, let's not mention customer service, Would I recommend... Sure, if it's near you....

I needed to buy more paint that I previously bought. The employees very helpful in getting the exact paint. They were friendly, courteous and professional too.
