Mr. Taur was patient kind hearted and eager to help with a warm conversation! He was full of knowledge information which helped me out a lot. Mr. Taur also went out his way to pull wood down and cut it for me. This diy project couldn’t have gotten done with running into Mr. Taur! Thank you!!

Just felt that one of the ladies at the check our desk couldn’t been a little more polite when I walked up to check out. She was very short and snapped at me that she was on the phone and I’d have to go elsewhere. And I didn’t understand why she needed to be so darn rude. Can you say poor customer service?? Geez, I’d say DEFINITELY yes.

In todays world it’s hard to find good customer service but this Homedepot is different. They were friendly and very helpful and helped me load my bags of heavy garden soil.

Best home Depot in America is right here on Lem Turner road in Jacksonville, FL. This is my go to home improvement store for ALL my projects.

I went in to buy a filter for my shop vac it cost $19.97and low and behold I got a two pack filter for $24.97 to me a great deal!

James Ford the appliance specialist was very pleasant and helpful

I have always been a Home Depot shopper but will no longer go to the Lem Turner store. Tired of never getting any help and employees do not even talk to you. Just go by as quickly as possible or ignore you. This is not the same as Yulee. It is out of my way but they’ll get my business from now on. I’m spending money there and can’t get any help when I occasionally ask for it. Also can’t pull up military on their new system that’s in the app.

This is a great Home Depot to come to they can help you with every do it yourself needs And if one employee doesn’t know the next one does thanks Leonard

Great Store, Great People, Great experience every time.

I have never worked so hard to spend my money. Trying to find a product that your website says that you have plenty of them just to drive and find out that the shelf is empty, so hard to find someone that care enough to check the overhead and locate that product. No Home Depot, you didn’t nail it this time…

This is the worst home depot in the country. No customer service, no help, no one cares, and all the customers were wandering around trying to help each other. Another customer took it upon himself to operate one of the fork lifts that was left blocking items we needed. I can think of so any reasons that was a safety risk and should not have been allowed.

I had a good experience, cashier Tiffiney gave great customer service.

There was so much product in the walk ways, unattended, employees being unaware of surroundings, standing in the middle of aisles, not a good experience. But, if you want stuff, my cashier seemed to choose to only want to ring up 1 of 2 sheets of plywood.

This store ALWAYS has what we need when we go, if we can't find it the staff is always helpful and has service with a smile. I have been to others where there is eye rolls and just general poor customer service. I will go out of my way to go to this store.

Great store, not enough workers

I'm very happy I listened to my wife to make this purchase. This one seems to be so improved than my old one. I'm able to complete the sofas for my clients. I'll finish upholstering these sofa real soon.
