Very happy with the service especially the self check out

The employee helped me through self checkout with question about tax exempt status for our church. She checked me out herself. She was very friendly and willing to help!!

THE PRO ASSOCIATE TOM, ALTHOUGH KNOWLEDGIBLE, VERY UN-ORGANIZED. HE DOESNT KNOW WHEN TO STOP TALKING AND HOW TO TEND TO ONE PERSON. SO RUDE. IT WAS AS IF HE WAS AFRAID TO LOSE A SALE IF HE DIDNT TALK TO THEM. I CAN GET BETTER SERVICE FROM A BAD MCDONALDS VISIT.

Love to just walk around the store just to look.Its my home away from home

Told cashier that I needed assistance loading a 50 lb bag of manure into vehicle. I waited by my vehicle and watched the cashier wait on customers in line. After a few minutes I went back into the garden center and asked him why hadn't he called anyone. He shrugged his shoulder and asked "What do you expect me to do?"

Store Clerks were very friendly, not hard to find, and took me right to the products I needed with no hesitation. Checkout was quick. I would have no problem shopping at this store again.

Product was available in store. Excellent assistance from Sales Associate! Sales Associate was very helpful with making our final decision. Very knowledgable about the product we were looking for. Store was clean, easy access to department we needed to get to. Sales Associate was readily available to assist us.

store was clean, well organized,staff made sure to ask if I needed any help, checkout was quick and easy, really like the self checkout and unlike the local competitor is always working.

This store has THE most helpful associates of any Home Depot I have shopped in. I recommend it highly.

Service is always terrible in this store. Unfortunately, it is the closest store near me. I will usually drive to the Yulee store when time is not a factor, even though it is further, because service is better.

I took in some old cans of paint( 8 years old) to get a color match so that I could touch up some walls. The associate let me know right away that because of the age and type of paint I had, he could not color match. He would only color match if I was painting the entire walls. He did shake up the cans that I had so that I could use the ones I had. But I assure you, that when I have my house repainted, Home Depot will be my first stop! I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness!

Robert was our Sales Associate. He was very knowledgeable,patient, and helpful. Robert took the time to show my wife and I the way to repair drywall and paint a room. He also made some great suggestions which led to a purchase on our part. We will be seeking his advice again!!!!!

Great experience While shopping in the garden department

Robert in the paint department was beyond helpful. We were able to save money and purchase higher quality products thanks to his knowledge. We had never painted in our home and were able to do so with confidence thanks to Robert's help.

Had no issues finding the products I needed. The aisles were well labeled, clean and organized. The sales associates were very polite and professional. Always made sure I found what I was looking for.

Found what I needed with easeand was well pleased with the price!

I had no trouble following the signs and if I did not see what I needed someone was near who happily helped me. I had key's made and was impressed with the machine used. The associate was so nice he found my car in the lot to see if the key's would unlock it. It was near closing and everyone was busy tidying up but they were happy and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Shopping here is a calming experience with much satisfaction.

The associates seem to spend more time avoiding customers and not making eye contact than helping. Some of the cashiers have no personality, manners or seem to not like being a Home Depot employee based on their attitude and demeanor. Some fail to greet you and most don't say thank you for your purchase. I guess they don't realize Lowes is not that far away. I drove 20 + miles to the Home Depot on Southside Blvd, so that I could be served with some respect and where customer service would be better...and it was. I ordered cabinets through that location instead of the Lem Turner location 2 1/2 miles away from my home. Its a shame to have to drive 20 plus miles further to the same business establishment.

The store was very clean and overall really nice employees.

Robert was very knowledgeable of his job, a true professional. My husband and I truly enjoyed learning from him. He is definitely a Gem in your store. Please give him some type of recognition because he truly deserve it.

I had to chase down two store associated that were walking down the main aisle chatting with each other. just to ask a question.

Darrel was exceptional in his service to me. He went out of his way to make sure I got the piece of equipment that I wanted and that it satisfied my needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made himself available for any questions that I had or concerns. He was stellar....

It is always a pleasure going to this store. The associates are very helpful esp in the outdoor/garden dept.
