Always helpful at this location

Added a built in buffet and was to make over existing island to match new buffet cabinets. Took over 7 months to get this simple project done. Ended up having to have new island installed as the make over of existing island could not be refaced and new drawer boxes were made but the wrong size. The design team messed up orders, ordered wrong sizes of island boxes. Ended up having to contact home depot CEO as the store manager would not get in touch with me to fix all the issues we were having or addressing accountability issues with his staff. The DeEscalation team at the corporate level was able to fix the issues and move the project forward, in which we were grateful.

We have shopped at the North Kansas City store several times over the last few weeks and every employee we encountered was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

The people at the store are so nice and so helpful. The gentleman that helped me find what I needed went away above and beyond, and I really appreciated his help because initially I could not find what I needed.

I had the best shopping experience at your store! The sales associate in appliances was so helpful. He wanted me to be happy with my purchase and worked with me to find the exact refrigerator I wanted. Thank you Home Depot! Stephen was amazing!

Been coming to the store for about five years now. They have a great selection of everything I need. The people are awesome too!

The was a power tool combo for sale at the clearance price but I could not find the exact product. Heather in customer service confirmed it was in stock and found it along the front wall which is where I would not have looked. If she wouldn’t have helped, I would’ve left empty handed.

Staff was helpful and quick to get my order placed and for my account to receive the 12 month financing at 0% intrest

I find the HD associates very helpful in all departments. The store seems well-staffed with associates willing to help find whatever is needed no matter the department.

Had problems with returns. Hm Depot’s system would not accept my receipt even though they could not find anything wrong. Also, the electrical department was under stocked and not had the electrical parts I needed. Very disappointing, have to go to another competitor.

I needed blinds & Danial was thoughtful & polite in helping me decide!Including showing me the color in different light. He was Amazing!

Every single time I visit Home Depot, some employee, service representative or cleaning crew personnel ask me whether I need assistance. Hallways are wide, and the store is well organized. If you buy floor finishes, countertops, or cabinets, the quote includes installation. The installation crew will take the removed material if you want them to. Best service in town.

Poor workmanship, I still need to fill nail holes with wood putty, sand and stain. Also stain rub marks from shipping and replace interior trim. Paid more than $800 for install and I need to do a lot of work!

I finally went into the nkc store because my online purchase kept timing out. Denise Trutna was a pleasure to work with. The computer system in store didn't match what I had online but with much patience she got it resolved! We picked up 1 pallet of the flooring and the people that assisted with loading it into our truck were friendly and helpful! Would not hesitate to recommend this store!!

Their customer service is beyond beliefs. Friendly staff and awesome service. Would not go anywhere else for home renovation shopping!

You can always count on helpful, nice employees at this store. They also have product knowledge and some on the retirees have professional experience as well. This store is well organized, clutter-free, has great clearance prices and very clean restrooms. Rarely do they have long checkout lines. The employees are extremely helpful have positive attitudes, friendly and ready to assist you with your shopping needs. This is the BEST Home Depot in KC!

This is my store that I have been going to for a decade for my Noble Roofing and General Contracting llc company. It is always a pleasure!

Friendly staff and a clean inviting atmosphere. Easy parking and easy checkout. Comparing products and price point is a breeze. They have a great holiday section and so much that I would love to own.

Cooper helped me find special power tools in stock and offered to help me load my truck after checkout. He went out of his way to help me. I’ll return in the future for more home improvement materials and tools.
