Stacy and Chris went above and beyond in helping me replace a light up Christmas tree for my yard. When they were out of replacement lights they told me to go get the tree and return it.

I’m doing a bathroom remodel. Chuck went out of his way to walk me through the plumbing step by step and teach me some new things that saved me time and money. I’m lucky he was there today.

Shop this store quite a bit for business. Not crazy about all the product displayed/stored in the aisles. LOVE that the owner of HD openly supports our President!

This store is neat and clean and well stocked. The sales people in the refrigerator department know their product.

Overall, I am a fan of Home Depot over the years HD has provide my homes with several quality additions. There is one thing however that I am not a fan of, the congestion in all of the main aisles of the store caused by an increasing number of displays. On a busy day this makes for an aggravating shopping experience and aggravating is not how HD wants customers to describe their shopping experience.

Was returning an unused box of xmas app lights from last year I purchased with my Home Depot Credit Card and it went smoothly. Was assisted by store associate/manager not sure which but Andrew and was very helpful. Asked him where weather stripping was and his directions were spot on, amazing. Doing my visit I was greeted by multiple Home Depot personal, looked like a regional visit while looking at their xmas lights. Had a question on the app lights new app and Andrew again assisted me and answered the question very well. Way to go Andrew.

I walked in the store at 6:15 am, I was greeted at the door by a young man with a hello, may I help you ? The young man was more than willing to either help me find what I needed or find another employee who could help me. All through the store I was met by employees who wanted to help and were in an excellent mood wanting to make sure my shopping experience was above average. I met one of the friendliest cashier I think I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her name is Juana, she has the absolute best attitude of any employee I have ever met, friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help in any way she could. She truly and honestly wants any customer, not just me to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience.

This is our preferred DIY store. It has everything and the prices are good. We bought carpet and were extremely satisfied. We like the Veterans Discount; there competitor does not offer one. We feel when we need help, we receive friendly and knowlegeable assistance. We highly recommend this store.

Very friendly clean store

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for 10 years and have always found the staff very friendly and kind. My two daughters and I have participated so far in 88 projects in the Kids Workshop. Ms. Lori is always there with a smile and is so helpful when we receive our projects at the Kid's Workshop. The cashiers are always helpful and get us checked out quickly. Thank You!

He just turned and I saw what I had been looking for more than 10 minutes. When I had some returns Jake at the returns desk was simply phenomenal. The store was clean and products are easy to find and employees are spaced through the aisles to assist with locating what we were looking for or they checked the computer for locations of similar products. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

I always find associates helpful in this store and just not walking around. I was needing help finding a product and the employees were great about sending me to the correct location in the store. I like the location and the employees!!

The store seems short on staff. 2 days after July 4th, 2019, had to wait behind 7 others buying with only one checkout and the Self-Checkout not open. This HD store seems the weakest management of the 5 HD stores in KC metro that I have frequented. I have spent $1,000's in HD over the last 1.5 years on rehab house projects. I think the store Assistant Manager or Manager should have come to the front to check customers if needed. A floor employee told me that the employees would not be leaving until 11 PM after a 9 PM store close anyway.
