Sam in the paint department quickly grasped what we knew and what we needed to learn.

This HD is by far the best HD in Kansas City. I am a contractor and frequent this store all the time during 8-5. The associates are all friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and leave with answers you came in for or products you purchased. I highly recommend you use this store. Other HD are nice, but this store just has a fantastic atomosphere.

Always nice to see someone ask if they can help you. I don't like self service check out. They're so inconvenient. No place to set your bag down or anything else you have in your hands like an umbrella, gloves, etc.

Juana is one of the biggest reason we go to Home Depot. We could choose other hardware stores but we love the personal touch Juana always adds. This store has a very friendly atmosphere and employees for the most part. Juana is our favorite. We wait for the weekdays to shop knowing she will be there.

The N.K.C. is one of the stores we shop at. It is always clean, the people are always friendly, i like the garden center. My husband doesn't want me to wait for him at the Garden store. It is about the same mileage from our home to each store.

I was very happy to receive the assistance I got. I also found a great deal on a patio table (unplanned purchase!) I was not looking to buy.

We always find what need at this Home depot, whatever the project may be. Associates are willing to help us find the best product for our particular needs. We highly recommend this store to all our friends.

The lady in the paint department I believe her name to be "Marilynn" always goes out her way to help me and my employees. I first thought is was due to company policies, however, after watching her from afar for the past year, and the way she treats her other costumers, I have come to the understanding she treats everyone special, like family, and does her job "Far Superior" then at any other Home De Pot store . I went in for some hand tools was in and out quick and easy ended up going back in and getting some things for my gas grill and they pointed me in the right direction

Associates were very helpful, even if it wasn't their department.

Just closed a deal with the flooring department and their guys were amazing. I had a lot of revision and questions about the quote but they sure know how to make the customer feel comfortable with a hassle free environment. Talked to 3 different specialist on that department and still was able to get a smooth transition when someone is not around, they look out for each other. This store has a great garden department. Everything you need at reasonable prices.

I love this store's garden store. The plants are plentiful, the prices are good and there are some pretty exotic plants to choose from.

Great service and lots of help available from staffs.

The clerks are very helpful on the floor and the cashiers are wonderful.
