Store was very clean and the staff was very helpful!

I would like to say that "Diana" one of your cashers is the most friendly, helpful and likeable people. She is so nice, always friendly, and says hello when you walk into the store. She is your greatest asset.

Very friendly

The garden center employees are actually passionate about what they do and can answer questions about the products. If the person you are talking to does not know the answer, they quickly find another department resource who can do so. Much different than other big-box stores.

I like the hours of the store. I usually work late so I popped in a couple times to look at a washer dryer and got a quote. I came in at 9:20p on 4/16 to purchase them. John B and Tabitha helped me out to get it ordered when the appliance guy was gone and the store was closing. They thanked me for my patience but really it was I who needed to thank them for meeting my requests so late at night to occomodate my work schedule. I just wish I could get my units before 5/14 :(

If you're shopping for a major kitchen appliance, hope that Robert B is working that day. He's so knowledgeable and very patient!!! Actually, this HD is full of friendly employees so willing to help you find something. They even walk you to product, instead of just saying "Aisle 5." There is a marked difference in service, believe me!

Great store, clean, well stocked. Not to diminish the helpfulness of the guys, but 2 of your female employees were so helpful and supportive in finding what I needed, that I came away feeling really good about this trip. I shop a lot at the "box stores" for value. What makes this store better than the rest was the employee interaction.

The store was kept clean and organized, it took little time to locate the materials I was searching for. The staff were attentive and asked if i needed help finding anything, as soon as they saw me. The cashier Juana was very friendly and humorous, making my experience enjoyable.

I needed some new Bessey clamps and paint for a cradle project. This was my 1st visit to this specific HD. I was really impressed with how nice the employees all were, how clean, well organized and well stocked the store was. This store is a little farther away than the store I normally shop but the extra drive was worth it.

I really appreciate the helpfulness of employees at this store, and their generally higher level of knowledge than most stores. Quality and assortment of lumber materials are also higher than most.

I spend plenty of time and money in "Big box hardware stores." I am a handy man and need some good advise at times to keep up on the latest products for the best results. For some reason I found myself shopping at two other local stores with limited satisfaction. Yes I fell for the 11% rebates and other gimmicks until one day I could not find a fuse I needed for my home. I went to The Home Depot and was surprised at the great service I got at this store. Not what I was used to. I have now been in the store five times since then and continually get great service and technical advice for my projects. The people have a genuine friendly attitude and a willingness to help. I kindly talked with a manager in one of the other stores about their lack of service and told him I can vote with my money. The Home Depot gets my vote.

TODD HELPED ME FIND AND ASSISTED ME IN FIGURING OUT HOW TO FIX MY PLUMBING AND TABLE LEG PROBLEM. ITS A VERY CLEAN STORE WITH VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES.

Sam, in the paint department, dove to the floor to catch my son who had fallen out of the cart due to my negligence. Great man! The manager was as impressive as she was immediately concerned for the welfare of her employee and my child, not with placing blame. I'm forever in their debt.

Everyone is always ready to help, if you need assistance & if you don't need it....they still offer assistance!!!!! The store is clean & easy to find what we're looking for!! Checkout is fast & accurate!!! The Home Depot are always ready to help!!! We recommend this store!!!

The nicest group of employees I have ever met work at this store. My visits are so fantastic because I never have to seek and find what I am looking for. I just ask an employee and like magic, I get the help I need. And this will sound strange, but I even like it when I see a group of Management huddled together. They have smiles on their faces and I hear them discussing improvements and giving up building encouragement to the employees. When I walk by them, without fail, one of them asks if I am finding everything I need or do I need help. They always show attention to the customer. Its just wonderful. This store has figured it out. They make every customer feel welcome from walk in to check out !

We relocate often (lived in TX, MI, WNY, MA, OH & now KC,MO) & Hm Depot never disappoints. This KC, MO store has even exceeded my expectations. Turning a new house into a home takes many trips to Hm Depot & thus far ALL staff members at this location, in my personal experience & observation of how they treat others, have demonstrated on every visit that they know their stuff & really do treat all customer with VIP service. This Hm Depot rocks! Dayton/Centerville location helped me perform miracles, Lake Orion/Lapeer Rd, was always eager to help, but this KC, MO one is quickly become my overall fav! AWESOME STAFF! :)
