Was confused, and very pleasantly surprised by a helpful and enthusiastic staff. I was simply buying some mulch for a backyard project this weekend, over the course of 10 minutes, was helped by no less than 4 employees who were all extremely helpful and pleasant.

Annette was extremely knowledgeable, asked thoughtful questions, and was happy to show me multiple options. I never felt rushed and appreciated the individual attention.

We have purchased two refrigerators and a dishwasher through Annette Cameron, Appliance Specialist. She listened to our needs and provided information so that we could make an informed decision. We will always go back to Annette for our appliance needs.

We stopped by to grab one item quickly on a Sunday morning. Every employee we saw greeted us, offered help, thanked us , or wished us a good day! This type of acknowledgement is rare these days.

Kayla and Charlie are the nicest workers at this store. They helped with an online order we had placed for a vanity that had been damaged. They went above and beyond to make sure they helped us with our product. Kayla has helped us many times over the past few months- with returns, orders and product availability. She now knows us on a first name basis and always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcomed when we are there. Charlie was a great manager in assisting us with a product we had an issue with. He also made sure to learn our names and genuinely show care and concern. Great job to you both! We love seeing you guys there when we come in!

We moved to Nashua in August and have been to Home Depot on Exit 6 many times since then. Great store. I love that every visit some employee stops to ask if we need help. That is so important to me.

The staff are always able to point me to products right away. And everyone is always very friendly.

I was in search of a quality dishwasher that could be purchased and picked up in-store on that same day. I called the store and Annette took the time to check the floor and found one that had been returned unused with dents in the back that would not show once installed. It was exactly what I wanted. After work I went to the store and purchased it. She was there through the entire process and was just fantastic! She was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and she has a good sense of humor.

I JUST BOUGHT A DEWALT 60 V LEAF BLOWER , EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE POWER AND LENGTH OF BATTERY CHARGE .

This is a great store. Just in the last year, Cici, Don at the register, Ben in hardware, Doug in power tools, and many more have not steered me wrong. Everyone gives helpful advice and are friendly.

This Home Depot consistently leaves me feeling under appreciated as a “valued customer.” Don’t try to “let’s do this” by going to this Home Depot. I’ve spent a lot of money at Home Depot. But consistently my local supply house can do better pricing. If you’re looking for wire/romex try a supply house the cost is drastically different

Yet another company that wants to provide no service at all, including making us check out our own purchases.

I feel like every time I come to this store I have to go back to the parking lot to get a cart. They should renovate the front entry to hold their shopping carts. Other than that, their employees are very friendly
