I will not use self check out until you pay me for the privilege. I am handicapped and usually check out at “returns” cashiers! These cashiers need some customer “friendly” training! They are paid by the hour, so what difference does it make to them whether it’s a RETURN or PURCHASE! I don’t self check to save THEIR JOBS!!!

My last two trips to the North Olmsted Home Depot have been great thanks to two amazing guys- Dean & John. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting in choosing products to buy for my bathroom remodeling jobs.

Really nice store up to the point where they sell you a water softener home visit. Look that up on the web. Stories are insulting.

New project at home to fix.

I'm in a wheelchair and had send family member and friend to get a air conditioner put in and things went very smooth bought the air conditioner and they're setting me up with contractors to get it completed. So far so good. My mom did the same thing and hopefully everything will go the same as it did with her. Do appreciate it. That's why I'm doing the same thing

Asm Jessie misled me by tell me that are Shed i had to order 4x only to have the incorrect shed delivered so my my client reconsider her choice. I lost money and time.

Delivery not on time. Failed to pull box off truck. Had to wait 4 additional days for delivery. Not good when your trying to complete a job for a customer.

Bought a grill. I could have bought it from many different places at the same price. Customer service was excellent.

There are helpful Associates who are knowledgeable about the products! I always find what I need! Great staff!

I reserved a rental truck for 3 hours, and the entire process was extremely easy and efficient. The sales associates were courteous and helpful. Vehicle was in good condition ran well and suited our needs perfectly. I would definitely rent a Home Depot truck again due to this but also because of the unlimited mileage.

This may sound Cheezy, but this store is spotless clean & always organized. Lorenzo the Floor Manager was a big help, Mike L. was so nice and helped us get where we needed to be. A Big Thank You to Will, Drew and Carlos too. They are always so friendly and helpful at this store. Ray the GM should be commended for his team, they go above and beyond. Mark and Bridgette the cashiers are always friendly and help us get out quick.

I purchased one inexpensive blind ($12.00) app. for my garage window. The. two more expensive room darkening for an extra bedroom. I was able to go back and exchange easily when I measured wrong s d needd to adjust size.

I shop here often since I do a lot of do it yourself projects around my house. The employees are very polite and helpful.

I enjoy shopping at this store. Name brand products are important to me.

I approached a few people for info. They were all customer friendly& helpful which is what I expect.

we ordered our doors back in August and the job is still not finished. One of the doors they ordered for us was not made correctly and had to be returned. It took four attempts to get them to return the door. We are now waiting for a new door and installation. Will it take another four months? This is the definition of ridiculousness.

Home Depot card readers haven't worked in over 3 years. You must swipe cards at least two to three times to get it to work. It's unbelievable a chain this size lets this continue.

I have been doing a rather large fix up project upon a recently purchased home. Products are relatively organized and well maintained. Staff are always willing to help with direction and advise. I would like to name a few. Will in plumbing, Carlos in electrical, Charmaine and Mabel in checkout, Mike in lumber, two wonderful ladies in flooring along with Hamsa, Mo and a few others that have helped with loading. Lorenzo assistant manager. A+

The Home Depot North Olmsted, Ohio is well stacked and has a friendly staff. I often find myself shopping there for DIY home projects as well as tools & materials for my profession as an electrician. The shelves are stocked amply and aisles are kept clear & clean. The staff is courteous and helpful.
