Great store for my needs! Associates are very helpful and available.

The store was easy to navigate and the products were easy to find. Every time i go to this specific store, i am very satisfied, and the associates are very knowledgeable. They have never steered me wrong yet.

The store is large and clean. Wide enough aisles. Help is around all over. Garden area is a fun area. I've found everything I've needed in this store for years!

On 8/6/15 @ 7:30 I was attempting to make plumbing purchases.The older gentleman was downright rude/ignorant ! This was my second experience with him.I thought the first time he was having an off day,but ,no he's just plain rude.Hard to imagine nobody has ever complained about him.Harder yet to believe is the fact management keeps him in his position,for that reason alone I wont be back to that store.

The store was clean. The area that we were in was crowded and busy. The associate was mamging several customers at once with good results.

Everyone was so helpful and cheerful helping me find what I wanted.

I needed help finding a discontinued tiki torch and Thomas in Lawn and Garden exceeded any and all expectations for customer service and product knowledge. I have a bad back and he even offered to carry the items for me. Superb individual....

The store was clean but the employees were rude,i ask for a humidifiyer and they dont know what it is so they send me from one emplyee to another.

I received excellent service from Frank in the flooring department he was very helpful and knowledgeable and set up an appointment for me to get my home measured for new flooring , he also gave me good advise for pricing and informed me of the specials. I would definitely go to him for all my flooring purchases and refer him to everyone I know!

The mulch was right outside in front of the store by parking lot it made it so easy to decide which mulch because they all had A SIGN which made my mulch buying a delight. I have to say it was the best mulch experience i ever had in my life. Thank You!

I lost my original purchase papers for the appliance I bought. Heather was so friendly, and helpful in re-printing all reciept needed to register my protection plan.

Ridiculous to wait 5 minutes behind someone buying half a lumber yard, and then further several minutes for a cashier to look up a $1.98 pvc kitchen pipe, to no avail. Gave up on purchase...I miss you, Sears Hardware!

Associate Tony in the plumbing department made my shopping for parts to replace vandalized plumbing in my rental unit painless and fast. He caused me to forget about how upset I was for having to replace vandalized plumbing and caused me to focus on repairing my rental. He is definitely an asset to the Home Depot.

Associate was knowledgeable, helpful, positive, and was aware of a rebate I could get.

The associate did not know how to find the item I was looking for so he sent me to one of the vendors that were stocking the shelves. I'm glad the vendor knew what I wanted or I would not have gotten it ...

The store was easy to navigate and the customer service was outstanding! The sales associate in flooring was very knowledgeable about the difference in hardwood flooring and explained the pros and cons of the various types of hardwood flooring to meet my needs. I had no intention of purchasing the flooring when I walked into the store that evening, but left feeling very satisfied with my purchase! I would highly recommend this location!

Received help with paying my bill from the service desk. Was shocked to find I had 3 credit cards with the store, and, was unable to make a payment on my bill. I only knew of one card. The store associate made some phone calls, got things squared away so I could pay my bill, and, solved the issue of the 3 credit cards, which is now down to one. Thanks for all the help.

Very well stocked store easy to find products and at check out service was quick and easy. Associate at check out was very helpful, to be sure I was getting the right value for my purchase.

The first associate I spoke to was clueless and did not help me whatsoever. Always change to another associate if you realize you are being misled. The second associate I spoke to was not only knowledgeable but she was pleasant.
