Jim and John in the lumber department went above and beyond in helping me get wood cut for the North Olmsted Jr. Women club. Thank you both for all of your help!!

From the minute I entered the store I was made to feel that the employees were glad I was there.

The cashier was friendly, the store was clean and employees help with finding stuff that i could not find it.

Always fast,friendly and professional service.

I almost always find what I need. I am also able to ask for help in any department. I'm not as skilled as many at home repairs, but they have many user friendly items for people like me.

This store has a great selection of items, employees are always friendly and willing to help. We are here very often.

This location is always well-stocked and the aisles usually have a skilled professional at the ready to assist consumers in locating the proper products for their project needs. Their knowledge and professionalism is as valuable as the quality of the goods available for purchase. Further, they will assist when they can even when they are out of their assigned areas. This congenial attitude is why this Home Depot is almost a daily stop for me in our neighborhood. So, hat's off to Dave, Chuck, Al and a myriad of others wearing the Orange at Home Depot.

Great service, fast and professional

This store is always nice and neat, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and is always fully stocked. There are other stores closer to my house, but I prefer to drive the extra 10 minutes to this location

The North Olmsted, Ohio store is one of my favorites. The employees are always very helpful and friendly, which means a lot to me. They carry a large variety of products and always seem to be well stocked. I will keep going back and back and back.

This store is well stocked and clean. Generally well organized so it's easy to find what I need.

The store was as tidy as a home improvement store could be. The salesman in the kitchen appliance section was both friendly and helpful, which surprised me because he was REALLY busy.

Store associates were Friendly and Knowledgeable. I shopped here previously but have been shopping at a Lowe's that opened in my community. I've decided that I shop at North Olmsted Home Depot going forward

This is my go to store! At this store at least once a week. Staff is helpful and friendly. Store is clean and neat. Usually have item I am looking for at a good price. Like the daily on line or in store specials.

Very helpful and friendly employees. They took the time to discuss my lawn mower purchase and provided personal experience and thoughts. Unfortunately, I can't remember any names in particular, but it was a good visit overall.

today i bought a new TORO lawn mower and I had one of their employee's, Mike B help me in my selection of the one for my needs. he was a great help . Home depot is always the place i go for my home projects and they have helped me so many time's. they loaded it in my car and they were careful not to damage my car.

Love that it is more geared toward professionals than DIYers. I don't need squeaky clean floors in my home improvement warehouse. I'm there for a good selection of quality products at reasonable prices, and knowledgeable CSRs that are happy to help when you need a question answered. The Home Depot delivers on these points. Not so much the big blue 5 letter guys. Keep up the great work!

They have great employees and are very helpful. Even if they don't have it in Stock they can order it for you, or tell you store that would have it nearby! I would definitely recommend this store!

Home Depot's paint department is AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful staff!

The store was clean and well stocked, one of the items I wished to purchase was a bag of sunflower seeds that I was having trouble loading into my cart. One of the employees in a nearby department noticed this and came over and asked if he could be of help. I said yes and he loaded the bag into my cart and made sure the bag number was facing up to make my check-out easier. I'm 87 years old and his assistance was much appreciated,

Tony from flooring made my visit to Home Depot bearable. He was kind and helped me find things all over the store. He was so considerate with his interaction with my son who was 10. He was awesome.

Our experience at store & with service was outstanding.
