they need help on the floor

I should just expect to go into your HD and fin for myself! No Customer Service what so ever! Was in there for over an hour and not a single employee offered any help! And the cashier couldn't even count properly! Why do you even have such employees there! They are not there to help your business prosper!

Laura Thomas is a STELLAR EMPLOYEE. What a renewal of faith after dealing with someone like her. Great customer service and great attitude. Very empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond today's standards!

Every time I walk into Home Depot I am always greeted. When my son's are with me everyone interacts with them and listens to what they say. As we are leave I am always told to have a great day and thank you for shopping at home depot.

they all seem to care about what ever project im working on and they all help....from the manager to the cash ier at self checkout....everyone at my store on nine mile cares ...i feel it every time i go

I have been shopping at the store six years. Very seldom do I go in the store and not find what I’m looking for. I have yet to encounter a disgruntled employee.

I have been shopping at the Ensley 9 mile road 8472 home depot for almost 15 years occupation ally concerned. The products are up to date the employees are savvy and well trained, it has by far the cleanest restrooms and most polite staff. You will get help if you need it here. Never a problem at this store always so helpful

This is the hands down best Home Depot store I have ever been in. There is actual people walking around offering to help you find things. The paint department is top notch. Asked to speak with Danny she is super super nice and greets me each time I have come in . As I start to fix up a house I just bought I can’t tell you how awesome it is to have so many of your staff help me. Shout out to Ron who help in your professional department find a handyman, shout out to Danny of course in painting a 5+ in my book, to the gentleman in the Christmas decorations department the followed me about with my new Santa and raindeer and 9 ft tree and then loaded it all up for me. To Becky and all the other staff members who pointed out where to find things.

With customer service failing in so many places it was very nice to have someone like alayna in the garden center Smiling and helping. She made me walk away thinking now she was a great employee.

Place seems to always be over filled with stuff in the aisles that make it difficult to shop for the things I need.

I went to Home Depot to buy some electrical supplies for a project that I hired an electrician to complete. Paul in the electrical department was so helpful and patient-I definitely recommended talking to him if you have questions-he was full of good information!

The employees here were super amaze balls today. Not to mention, they were fine as he'll. I totes wanna bottom for some of them.

I was greeted by a manager who took me right where I needed to go and gathered some help and they took my product off the shelf and loaded my truck all in a short period of time. I felt like I was important.

The Home Depot on 9 mile are doing things right. And it’s refreshing. The folks are knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. They actually look like they enjoy working there. My husband and I always walk out of there with smiles and satisfied. My husband is a retired army veteran. We are remodeling our home but it’s slow going because of his Health. Sometimes we just go into Home Depot to get ideas … we visit there at least 3 to 4 times a week. It’s part of our weekly routine.

I got there to Home Depot to pick up some stuff, but I forgot my card at home. The cashiers name is Karen, she helped me out to apply for a Home Depot card and it was approved. I was able to get my purchase go home and fix my garbage disposal & keep my wife happy. Thanks to Karen & Home Depot.

My recent trip to Home Depot was very much a pleasure. I was welcomed by the cashier staff. I asked for help. They called Josh and this young man came over with a smile to gather the heavy supplies in the garden center that I cannot lift. He did this all with a pleasant attitude. I checked out in no time and Josh loaded all my items (stones, soil, fertilizer, assorted plants) into my car. Very nice experience. Thank you Home Depot

I bought doors from the home depot and needed to return them for the same door just opposite opening. The store charged me 20 dollars more per door. So over all they made 80 dollars off of me that's almost the price of another door. Don't shop at the home depot they are liars and cheets.

I just wanted to recognize Ryan, the lot loader for his great work. Always very attentive to customers needs. Not only with loading products but also with customer service.

The store was well staffed and Steven Bradley helped us with locating items we needed for our home project. He was knowledgeable and friendly which made for a positive experience.
