The lady that cut our blinds was amazing

The live christmas trees are great every year

Luis delivered my mulch and was great to deal with. He such a great attitude and put the mulch bags where I needed them and did not damage my yard getting them unloaded

I’ve always found the associates in paint to be the most friendly and helpful but I’ve had great interactions with personnel at the returns counter also. The store is very well stocked and organized. There’s plenty of parking.

I've been shopping here for almost 6-months now. It's getting easier. It's still scattered.

Bill in the design center created a great design and handled the order flawlessly. He was a true professional. Everything went like clockwork.

The signage made it easy to locate the product I needed. Shelf labels showed product and pricing. Associates made finding things easy. Self checkout was easy. Overall a good experience.

I notices most of the prices have increased signifinalty of course they blames tarriffs but HD has made billions due to hurricanes @ floods all over america. Now you have to check yourownself out, I DID NOT GET A DISCOUNT WHEN I DID THIS? I have also noted that THE OTHER HARDWARE BOX STORE HAS MANY OF THE SAME PRODUCTS CHEAPER. HD did watch the other store but HD LOST ITS WAY.

I bought a Shark Fan and it has so many great features.

Why do all these stores feel like after working all week at my job, I want to work at their store by checking myself out? When I have one or two things and don’t need help maybe I’ll use self-check- but it should be my choice; not forced upon me because they don’t want to pay people to work. .

I was greeted and offered help multiple times during my visit. I eventually contacted the manager before I left to tell him how well his team had done.

Do not buy anything from home depot on line. They can't estimate a delivery properly and when they lose a shipment you can't cancel.

They were very helpful with finding a contractor and designing my new kitchen.

I’m a handicap older women I went in to pick up some rocks and some rock birders. I ask for assistance to help me get the items, I was told they would call someone but no one never should to help. Anyone in the area either walked away or just ignored me. Not very happy with this they want your money but they don’t want to help you!!

I am happy that there are store nearby that we can go to for our immediate needs. Do not want to order on line and wait for what I need NOW!

Amy (smiley) was awesome, she works in flooring. You need more Amy’s working there.

Autumn was knowledgeable, patient and kind as she helped me with a purchase using Amex Member Reward Points to make a sizable purchase. I’ll be back.

The deliveries was not the day was plan

I just get good vibes from most of the staff. When looking for a ion generator which is sort of a niche product, we got the info we were looking for and left feeling good

So happy with everyone at this store! I am ALWAYS in this store, buying things for our new home, and everyone has been so helpful. Questions are answered quickly, and all the guys are quick to offer their help loading the heavier items into my truck. Just a great group of friendly, helpful people!

I never have to wait long for help and they almost always have what I want in stock.
