The store was clean, items easy to find, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Product availability. Robin, cashier at the garden center, was friendly and efficient making the payment process easy and quick each time. Associate, Jeff, is an outstanding asset to your store as he checked for product when call was made to inquire about lava rock availability. Jeff also helped load our rock on flatbed inside the store and outside at the vehicle for our first load. We made two subsequent trips and Jeff had the flatbed ready for us.

The professionalism, knowledge and efficiency at the Garden Center by Cindy and the two gentlemen we worked with was fantastic! The place was clean, associates were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!!

PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY.

the store was clean, however the associates were extremely useless. after asking two employees for help, they proceeded to “get another guy”. we were never helped, and after waiting for twenty minutes, we bought a ceiling fan on our own. the ceiling fan worked, but it would’ve been preferable to have had help. while waiting for help, several associates passed us, looked at us, and didn’t help at all. then, when waking to checkout, a large group of employees were talking and laughing while a woman was waiting behind them for help.

Garfield in your paint department was so helpful and even saved me money! He went above and beyond to help!

I bought a gallon of paint and used it in my airless paint sprayer not realizing it was leaking out of the sprayer. When I return to the store to get more paint and shared my story with Pam at the paint counter she gave me a discount for the gallon i'm replacing. That is call GREAT customer service.

Normally I always enjoy going into Home Depot to get my supplies, but today no way with only 1 cashier checkout,,,, a line with people standing clear across store to the patio doors waiting to purchase the items they’d went in for....... Appreciate the the measures HD has taken to help with the COVID-19 , but to have only 1 cashier open with that many peps standing in line kinda defeats the purpose of all the measures you’ve taken to distance and still move customers safely thru the store in and out.....

Great store - well run, especially during this virus scare.

The associates in the store are very helpful and they always have what I need. If I have to order something for a special project they always get it in a timely manner and I will get a phone call that iy has arrived and when I pick it up it is done very timely and with no hassle.

With the Coronavirus looming over us at this time, Home Depot is spot on with sanitizing the carts, one entrance in and out, and control of how many people in the store. The employees are always friendly and helpful

The store was well stocked, clean and parking was easy. The associates were friendly and there were enough to help. The merchandise was displayed well and the prices were reasonable and clearly marked.

Great staff always willing to go find that one thing you need

This store has many helpful employees but one that stands out is a young woman named Jessica who works all over the store but mostly in paint department to help out and the front desk. She is a very effective employee to have as she is running from one area to the next to get customers what they need, apologizes when delayed by other customers catching her midstream and courteous to all!!

The staff is always so courteous and friendly. Steve G one of the managers is always so helpful and generous when I have to ask for donations for our organization and Tony B is always right there to help load my truck or whatever is needed.

All of the employees we had contact with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The store and restrooms were both neat and well-stocked. We did have trouble finding some plumbing items and couldn’t find them at 2 different Home Depot stores, then we were told they don’t stock them but to go to a hardware store
