In garden Josh, Anna, and Ethan help me unload 38 miss order bricks and reload 135 or four trips, Morgan and Stephanie help me at the service desk return and the set up a will call for the proper bricks Conner from lot and Keegan from floor stoped and help me load my trailer with the garden crew. These six associates are showing the home Depot values

But not this particular day. An employee, the cashier that checked me out, was obviously having a bad day and expressed that negative attitude towards me. A work place of any type is not the right place to treat others with disrespect just because you're having a bad day. As customers, we have a choice where we spend our hard earned money. I hope this was just one bad day for this particular cashier and not a norm on how she treats customers visiting this particular Home Depot.

I’ve had challenges from a fall and a stroke, but still trying to do what I can on my own. Although everything is a much slower process now and far more difficult, I know I can always look forward to assistance from the staff at Home Depot to ensure I’ve taken everything into consideration and have what I need to tend to the little things that are vital to manage for safety within and around my home, whilst still dealing with pain, physical weakness, fatigue, and dizziness. Life is slower and harder these days, so knowing I can trust each of these individuals to offer me the most insight they can offer their time is both meaningful and valuable in ways I hope no one else will ever have to experience or fully understand why I decided to share my review.

Terry and her crew at the pro desk are amazing. Every time I need to order something or check out as a contractor they always make it simple. Couldn’t ask for a better crew in that department. And Peter that runs the tool department always knows where everything is at and is super helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better department manager.

I don’t know if they are understaffed or if they are under trained. I always see a dozen employees stocking shelves, but it’s very difficult to find someone who can actually help you. I used to not be much of a problem, but now that they lock up a lot of their electrical material, it’s become quite the nuisance.

Great help when needed.

Went to buy carpet for our rental property. Found something we liked. We were told we would get a military discount so we scheduled for a measure. After we paid 35 dollars for the measure we were told we didnt get the discount. Went to carpet barn and bought our carpet there. Its pretty stupid to lose thousands of dollars because you lie. Won't be going back to home depot ever again for any reason n

A+Lady at customer service was great!

One day the lady at self checkout asked me if I come in every day. I laughed and said when I'm doing plumbing I come in 3 times a day.

I hope I never have to go to this location again. Rude and disrespectful behavior from staff. I was actually chased down by an employee and scolded for taking a cart. Two ladies chatted about personal stuff while we were trying to check out. Rude rude rude

It’s hard to find people who act like they care and want to help

somehow the window order was mixed up and came the wrong size, as the contractor I take the blame and must eat the cost of 8 windows that are the wrong size, but the management team was very helpfull on the reorder

Whether I order on line or buy in the store, I have always been able to get what I need at this Home Depot. The staff have been great, especially at the pickup and return desk. It is conveniently located as well, given all of the other stores in the area.

David in the appliance department was very helpful to us in saving money on a refrigerator, and buying furnace filters. Awesome guy.

If you shop at N. Spokane Homedepot. The only employees worth speaking to to get actual knowledgeable help are Tom and Ted

Find a larger piece of property to build a bigger store. Tired of all the product in the parking lot! Combat parking is no fun.

Never order delivery from the north store. $462.00 were tied up from a defective product and the customer service was lacking. In store is okay but if your product isn’t in stock get ready. An employee came to my house to try to fix the battery that couldn’t be removed from the mower as I’m recouping from a fragmented ankle after 2 orthopedic surgeries. His advice was to WALK to my neighbors to find someone to help remove it. My other ryobi tools batteries remove easily one of the reasons I purchase ryobi. 75 years old 4’10” and love yard work I’ve needed to make easier while I heal.

We were in need of some Pergo vinyl plank flooring. We tried another store but decided to look at Home Depot. The cost saving was over $3/sq. ft! Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to our request.

Everything is locked up. Nobody is there to unlock what you want. Then you have to check yourself out. Just skip it and buy from someone else online.

I ordered 15 4” x 4” posts, 10 bags of cement and 15 cement form tubes. At 6am I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I got there at 10:30, I left at 11:45. Initial contact was fast, within 5 min! Hooray, I thought this will be fast. I was wrong. It took 15-20 minutes before the posts were brought out to my car. The worker said he couldn’t find the rest of the order. He said he would go back in and find it, he couldn’t find it. He came out and said he had to find someone to close the aisle so he could get the tubes down then he couldn’t find the cement. It took over an hour To pick up my order that was supposed to already be ready. Very disappointed in this process.

What has happened to customer service? This was the worst customer service experience I have had. I was going to send over $1k for lumber and supplies and walked out with nothing because of poor customer service. I am especially upset because I had a 3 hour round trip drive to go to home depot. Serves me right, I should stay and shop locally even if I have to pay more locally at least they have some customer service.
