The 7-piece patio dining set that I picked out at the store was NOT the one delivered to me. After a s couple of phone calls that were 'run-arounds"...one of which was ad "disconnect"...and aromise to call me back, I gave up.... I contacted the delivery driver. He expedited my communication. I am now hopeful that the "wrong'' product will be picked up and the "correct" product will be delivered.

When I came into the store I was a little overwhelmed because I've never made this large of a purchase before. Your appliance specialist Darlene Hastings made my visit comfortable and helping me, being as knowledgeable as she is, to make the right choices on the appliances that I did purchase. She let me know about all the prices and all the discounts that I could receive. I could not have asked for a nicer person. I haven't received my appliances yet not until May 31st and I will send pictures then

Went into the store, looking for a few things left with little more than I essentially needed in the process of building a house. Home Depot used to be one of my go to destinations. Whoever is running the company these days needs to be fired and some serious evaluations of your policies needs to go under review.

there is a certain characteristic facial expression peculiar to home depot employees that i receive whenever i ask for assistance. it is a blank, rather bovine stare, as if i were from another planet or was invisible. no verbal response, just that stare. this odd occurrence is rare only by the fact that isle employees are so hard to locate, kind of like ghosts.

We needed to order the item we wanted. Your employee Bobbi helped us and was great to work with. Mary also got involved and she too was a pleasure to work with.

Delivery man BAILEY was very friendly and put the very large roll of carpet in our garage exactly where I wanted it.

Home Depot Parking in N Spokane is difficult. Big trucks, contractors, and citizens don't mix well in tight spaces!

This Home Depot has the worst parking of any home depot I’ve ever been to.

This time of year everyone wants to work on their yard & garden. My Home Depot is well stocked with flowers, shrubs, trees. Many of the associates have worked in the landscaping business & can offer great advice. I was looking at roto-tillers for my garden & one of the associates helped me find a great battery operated tiller. His advice saved me lots of money & time!

I was having some trouble with an online purchase, decided to go to the store and Bryan F. Helped me with my purchase, acquiring my purchase and loading it into my car!

I made two purchases a Whirlpool washer and dryer and ordered a blind and dealt with two different sales people. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable, informative and though professional they were very down to earth and made you feel you were their only customer. were

Shout out to John M and John S for helping us get a grill in a box. They were crucial in securing a new bbq that would fit in the back of the jeep. They followed safety rules to drop a pallet which held the one we wanted and did it in an extremely timely manner. Thank you again John M and John S.

Need more people in the isles to help. Never can find one when I need one. Also I much prefer check out lanes with checkers. Hate the self check out.

I go to this store very often. I'm an avid DIY and have been for many years, so going to the HD for "stuff" is a frequent task. I have yet to experience anything but great customer service. The associates I come across are proactive in asking if you need help, will walk you to aisle the product your looking for is on, and acknowledge you when you come in and leave. Sure, there are days it is super busy, the phone is ringing off the hook, and everybody needs help at the same time. Give 'em some grace, as I've seen them doing the best they can when they are short handed. I've been in this store probably 200 times or more and consistently have had a good experience, so I would have to say the poor reviews might be true but an aberration from the norm.

The staff is great. They are always very helpful. Online showed 3 of what I wanted but only 1 on the shelf. They are always stocking and have the shelves most full every time I go there. Very well managed store.

Getting back to hiring plumbers to sell pipe and electrician to sell light bulbs is a step in the right direction.

We hate your teleprompter system and would very much prefer a real human being answering the phone and directing us to the appropriate department.

I will miss the expertise, commitment and kindness that Jay offered as store manager. It was a major reason I kept returning to Home Depot.

I spent 7K on an order for Wood, Windows and Doors, and the Manager screwed up the whole order. I was put out and lost $600 paying people to help me and the delivery didn’t show up for an extra 3 days. I feel Home Depot owes me $600

I bought flooring for our house

Just bought a trash compactor for $1,322 and I was NOT qualified for the military discount. 25 yrs of military service apparently doesn't count.

The culture in this store is consistently incredible. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Many have high levels of expertise in their respective departments. It's obvious that employees and management blend well and, that expectations and positive outcomes are the foundation that keeps folks coming back. The only downside I have experienced is a lack of employees just before closing, when understandably, most have completed their shifts. Home Depot, Northpoint, is and will remain my first choice for my "big box" improvement store.
