Unfortunately some of the employees are to busy ditching work or chatting with other associates to assist customers. Also when asked a direct question about discounts - they should answer directly

All the folks I have worked with, Casey, Kim and Richard in flooring and cabinets have been top notch! Great customer service and with a positive attitude!

If I have a price discrepancy, I ask for a manager. The Ming Avenue and Gosford stores don't seem to care about logic or reason. This leads me to believe they don't give 2 craps about customers. I wasted my time going to the other stores because the app shows different amount of item in stock or different price. The Home depot app shows me a certain price, so I head off to the store expecting to pay that price. Rosedale managers understands that its the right thing to do to adjust the price, because of whatever error, reasonable price difference.

The young man who helped me with the bathroom and kitchen faucets was very helpful and professional. He didn’t make me feel rushed and also was able to help other customers too. At check out Aliah helped me and was so efficient, cheerful and professional. When another employee came over to show her how to take the security bands off of my boxes, I asked both of them if Aaliyah was new. The one employee said it is only her second day. I would not have known that she had just started working at Home Depot. Aliyah was so quick and very thorough along with her huge smile and sweet personality. I hope she continues to work at Home Depot because she has natural customer service skills.

Worse customer service ever! The Lady at the paint center doesnt know what she's doing! And didn't even apologize when she messed up our order. It should only take 30 mins Max but we ended up spending 2 hrs! Never again

Love Home Depot , BUT! not my recent visit. We are all hyper aware of the The Covid-19 disruption At this point. (April 7 2020) and how we interact with people/costumers Isn’t new NEWS anymore. The memo was given via text form, audio, audiovisual, animation, etc!... but apparently this particular store didn’t get the memo. Enough said.

I have been shopping at this store since the year it open. I have always been treated with respect and help when needed. Recently they have installed Veteran parking spots. I am a enjoy the fact that Home Depot and the employees have been very supportive of out active and veterans.

This store is always convenient to me and I can always find everything that I come there for.

On hold for 25 minutes! Broken dishwasher and have to wait two weeks for , hopefully, unbroken dishwasher. I spend a lot of money at your store, but am reconsidering. No help at all your stupid phone numbers. Where are the people? Get tired of “ pushing 1 -2 -3”

I have always found this store to have what I need in stock. I have always received excellent customer service when I have needed help with the location or assistance with products I am seeking. These have been consistent throughout the years I have shopped at this location.

I was having a rough day and I was not wanting to go to the Homedepot because most employee are not helpful. Well I went to the Rosedale store and my day was changed by an employee by the name Jazmine. She was so happy and inviting and she could see I was irritated and the first thing she told me was how can I help you and make your day better. So I asked her about a certain tool and she told me that she was not familiar with the tool area but she was willing to help and do what you can. And she went beyond that by making sure she had someone cover her area to help me find what I was looking for. And she stayed with me and made sure she got the right people to help us and I found what I need and I was out of there really smooth. And because of what she did for me I will becoming back to this store and she also made day because you can see she cares a out her customers.

Clean and clutter free, and items are accurately placed in numbered bins/aisles so you can find products located on the website.

As a general contractor that comes in and out of this particular store every day, I spect the best customer service from everyone throughout the store, Definitely I won’t not come at this evening time anymore, leaders at this time turn out to be really rude and it is not good for customers

The store was nice until I got to check out. Jennifer at the register was nasty and rude from the moment we walked up and extremely put out by having to help us. She definitely should not be a public service employee

The store is always clean. They have remodeled in the last couple of months. If possible, t is even better now. I have never had a bad experience. I always need help LOL. I only had to go to competition one time. THD didn't have plexiglass that I needed cut to my specifications.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. Returning is a big hassle due to untrained clerk, Jennifer, in particular. This Home Depot location used to be my one stop shopping for all my home improvement needs but after today, I won't be shopping here again. Overall shopping experience has been great. The store is clean and products are easy to find. Store employees are helpful and super friendly. The factor that threw me off today is the returning and customer service. Jennifer in Customer Service definitely needs more training and needs to learn how NOT to be rude and unprofessional to customers.The whole story is I wanted to return some roof panels today at this location and Jennifer gave me the worst experience in my shopping life. It was clear that Jennifer was not happy in the first place. My wife also realized that. I wanted to return; however, I lost the receipt unfortunately. Jennifer told me that she could only accept 6 of the roof panels due to No Receipt while I was willing to take store credit. I said "What you are talking about. People lose their receipt all the time. We are aware that we lost the receipt but we are willing to take store credit". She asked her customer service manager if she could accept a more than $300 worth of goods without a receipt while the return was only $239. Bravo Jennifer. Great rounding skills. The manager said the store could take them all back, which was great. Jennifer asked for my ID. I handed my ID over and she did not even say "Thank you". Well, that's ok but why the attitude? At the end, she slammed my ID and store credit card, that she just issued, on the desk. She waited to the printer to print out the return receipt and once again, slammed it on the desk and walked away. Not a single word out of her mouth. I simply wanted to return and get my money back. I did not come to beg Jennifer for her money. Why all the attitudes? She needs to realize that she is in Customer Service and if that's the kind of service that Home Depot provides to customers, then Home Depot is not the right place for me to spend my money. Whatever that she is facing at home or somewhere else, keep it to herself. Customers are not someone and workplace is not a place for her to show her attitudes. Thanks to her. I won't be shopping at this Home Depot location anymore.

Always enjoy shopping at home depot. I do a lot of wood work and they always have quality selection of wood types & quality of wood as well as good prices

This store always has product or will get it right away. Although they have never been out of stock of any item that I was shopping for, unless it was a online order only.

The store was clean and easy to find the items we were looking for. We also asked an employee and he was helpful in locating the item we needed.
