I found a great deal on a replacement light fixture for my bathroom... but they only had one! It did not say it was a close-out item. I would have purchased another if one were available. I also wanted to find out the price on some nice area rugs that were laid out on a large table. a sign gave a price range of them, but the ones I like were in the middle of a stack I could not move. None of the corners had a price tag, but could bot get any ones attention (2 clerks in the flooring area were both talking to one customer).

The customer service at this store is awesome Ask Terri or Jackie in garden for your garden needs.

I went in looking for a specific tile. One if your associates saw me and asked if I needed help I let her know my situation she offered to help me . She research the tile . Which was no longer available. I don't remember her name but she was a very nice heavily tattooed associate but was extremely helpful which I appreciated it

This store is the one of our choice in the area. The employees are very helpful. Whenever we need help, they always come through and are happy about it.

This Home Depot employs staff that are courtesous, helpful, and eager to assist it's customers. As a veteran who utilizes his Military Discount, my husband is always treated well at check out with "Thank you for your service". It is the small things that matter.

I was pleased with the attentiveness I was given by Josh he said he was in the paint department but he would be more than happy to assist me. Even though he didn't know the answer he found out for me and helped me the entire time. The cashier was friendly as well.

Rosedale store has problems with stocking. The employee we asked for help didn't make effort to get us what we needed so we drove the distance to other store on gosford.

After numerous problems at this home with customer service im seriously thinking about shopping at lowes across the street and i spent close to 30000.00 at home depot last year

This pait department will have you in and out fast. The paint manager is the best and cares about the customers. They had my colors saved and was able to make sure I had the right paint for the right job.

Was looking for a drill bit 3/8" when employee approached me and asked If I needed any help. I replied looking for a drill bit to hang a head board. Employee said all you need is this type of bit for the job you are doing and off I went to check out. I trip in and out of the store was fast and easy. Project done! Thank you.

The store was very neat and clean considering the amount of traffic it receives a day.

I have occasionally gone over to this store. It is nice and clean and full stocked. Their employees are very nice. I almost always go to the Ming Avenue store because it is in my neighborhood.

I had help by the most wonderful employee Daniel from the Appliance department. He had so mulch knowledge and was able to help my purchase my 1st fridge.

The employees were so helpful! I was walking to my car and two young employees offered to put my paint in my car .

Good store

I bought a garage door opener and installation. The Home Depot salesman entered the information into the computer incorrectly. A totally different company that is not scheduled to do the installation is calling me to set up installation. The 1st time he called, he called me when he was supposed to call the tenet to set up the install because the Home Depot salesman entered it wrong into the computer. The 2nd time he called, he wants to set up installation and payment. I told him again he has to call the tenet to schedule when to do the installation and I already paid for the installation through Home Depot. I called Home Depot Corporate and find out that a totally different company is supposed to do the install. This purchase has been one headache after another. Next time I will try Lowe's for installation.

Great customer service and the associate Allie made my experience excellent!!!:) She was extremely helpful with everything and very friendly.

I'd give 5 stars except for two things: Most of the time, one must travel far away to find a shopping cart as they are only near one door: Any day, you are hard pressed to find an associate and even harder to find one who knows very much about anything

This is a very nice store to shop! Employees are friendly & willing to help even if it isn't their department. Everyone is friendly, professional & easy to answer your questions. We've been dealing with HomeDepot for many years. Their contract service people are also very good. Thank you all!!!

The store was very clean and the service was excellent.

I frequent Home Depot at least three times weekly. I visit here the fewest times on average because the store on Gosford is typically more convenient to my projects. However, I prefer the Ming Ave store, simply because they are more helpful. At Gosford "pro-desk" Chris is very helpful as are Sean and Dennys (correct spelling). At Ming Tim (Frazier) in mill-works is great and so is the manager, Vickie.

I give this store top rating because it was clean, products were easy to access, help was readily available and friendly.

The store was clean, service was great in the paint department and at the register. The shelves are always stocked and there are millions of items at this store. It's my first and only stop when I'm looking for home items.

Jason was the best at the paint dept. We think he did above and beyond his job. The Rosedale Home Depot seems to have it "on the ball"
