This is my favorite HD to vist. I have the configuration memorized I could probably walk through it blind folded. Most of the staff here amazing and helpful. My experience, however, was ruined by one individual in the store, and store leadership did not appear to be concerned with my complaint. I was very disappointed because I knew this place is way better than this.

I shop at this store alot and they always have what I need.I had a wonderful time here at the Home Depot.

FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ANGIE IN FLOORING HELP ME AND MY WIFE WITH A SMILE THE WHOLE TIME. ITS NICE TO GET HELP AND HAVE PEOPLE LIKE HER HELP YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY LOL. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP ANGIE AND FOR THE FOLLOW UP CALLS MY WIFE THINKS THE WORLD OF YOU.

Associates were friendly and asked if I needed help and then helped me and answered all my questions.

Store associates were very eager to help find my items and show me ways to use them. Also, took the time to do some research for me.

Lowe's is better. The customer service isn't great

The store is neat and organized with plenty of selection of their products. The staff was courteous and efficient. The staff I dealt with exceeded my expectations, Daniel (in appliances), Lorrie ( cashier ) and Joseph (loading) were great. This shopping experience will keep me going to Home Depot on Rosedale Hwy in Bakersfield, CA

The store is always clean, and the employees are always helpful, love going in there.

Jason in the paint dept. was so helpful and informative. This is where I will but paint from!

Allison was especially helpful & very friendly ; the women in the plumbing section was knowledgeable, friendly & more than helpful . After the rude employees at Lowe's we will definitely be doing more business here .

Friendly staff. Usually find what I want. Would like to see other items available that are available at a Home Depot across town.

The store was clean. We were looking for a kitchen faucet and needed help finding the one we wanted to purchase. We had to wait a few minutes for the person working in that area to help us. Once he was free, he was able to find what we needed.

Every trip to this store is an enjoyable experience. The staff are all very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help me find the items I am looking for. They also offer practical suggestions and alternative to help me get the project done and save money - even if it means suggesting that a competitor might have a more suitable item. That is what keeps me coming back!

Past 6 months decided to do some upgrading and touch up on our 14 year old home. Indoor painting, fence repair and painting , new flooring, new faucets, replace toilet plumbing, upgrade to LED lighting. The most frustration is the associate availability. The carpet department deserve an D rating and the paint department was most helpful A+, all other departments rating is B. What does keep me as a Home Depot customer is the variety of merchandise, the pricing and the attitude of most associates (their determination of customer satisfaction; If the item I need is not on the shelve they will offer to get the item from stock). I'd like to add the customer service folks (returns and locating an item) are friendly. Additional comment is the availability of major purchase financing of months to pay without interest is great and home depot's return policies.

Very impressed with Rosedale Home Depot. Angie from flooring treated us like family and didn't give up on us the whole " 90 min" we were there. She helped us pick the perfect tiles and back splash and now our bath and kitchen look so good. Thank you Angie for should I say doing your job and going above to help us. Also your store was clean and everything we needed you had on hand. Very happy customer. Brian and Melinda

I loved that your items are always fully stocked! Your prices are great too!

Issues with checkout. Lots of people in line with employees standing around. I had issues with my card being refused. Found out it was the cashier that screwed up. Bank told me Home Depot reversed the charge... no wonder it was refused.

VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY SERVICE.Wish all the other stores in Bakersfield where like this one.

I COME TO THIS LOCATION AND ALL OF THEM REALLY BUT USUALLY ANYTIME YOU NEED HELP ITS LIKE PULLING THEETH. FIRST YOU CANT FIND ANYONE TO HELP OR IF YOU DO THEY SAY ITS NOT THEIR DEPARTMENT.. WELL ANGIE OATES GAVE ME FAITH FOR HOMEDEPOT. SHE HELPED ME AND MY WIFE 100% . SHE ORDERED WHAT WE NEEDED AND EVEN HELPED US WITH WHAT WE NEEDED THAT WASNT IN HER DEPARTMENT. SHE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KEEP US IN THE LOOP THE WHOLE TIME. IF SHE COULD TRAIN THE REST OF THE STORE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS WOULD BE THE BEST HOMEDEPOT IN THE STATE. A store associate was friendly and helpful. He was happy to get a ladder and get a BBQ grill from the top of the shelves so I could purchase one in a box that had not been opened.

Tammy, Jason and Joe were incredible! They were very helpful and made me feel better about my predicament. I left in tears over how well I was treated.

The staff was very helpful with the loading the object on the cart and also placing it in our car.

Very clean and seemed to be well stocked. I am looking for the right shelving that will fit my man cave but you do not carry what I want.
