The workers was very nice and store was clean and I think out of all the OKC stores they were the only one that had a LP (propane) hot water heater

Denise provided excellent customer service during our visit. She answered all of our questions, assisted in locating the item we wanted, and assisted in getting the item to our car. We greatly appreciate the customer service she provided.

Store is conveniently located and usually has what I need for those home repair, maintenance and improvement projects.

Was only shopping for several pieces of lumber which were found and an associate gave directions where they were located as soon as we walked into the store.

Am redoing my home and the help that I have received form store associates has been great. Working with Flooring, Kitchen Appliances and Blinds has made everything so much better than what I thought it was going to be when I first started. This is ALWAYS the first place I go when I have a project for our home.

I entered in with my two small children and several associates greeted me and my children too. We found what we needed quickly (which helps when you have two little ones) and checked out with no line to wait in. It was an enjoyable and successful trip for this mama!

I was greeted at the door, sent to the correct isle. While I was trying to find the type of bulb to match the one I had with me, an associate walked by and helped me out. I have never been so happy with any store. I went into the store expecting to struggle, and walked out relieved and very happy.

The store was clean and organized. The person helping me was very friendly and helpful. I was there around 6 pm and it did seem like they were a little short-handed in the carpet area. But overall my experience was good. I was able to get the the special financing you had available so that was a big plus. I got 0% for 18 months.

i was fairly pleased walking into my local store, greeted at the door with a friendly smile! I proceeded to walk around for a bit and look at decor and flower pots and what not. I always enjoy everything The Home Depot has to offer. I don't have anyone's names to offer up in particular but everyone I noticed in the store that day along with the associates that help me, was very helpful, polite and upbeat. Keep up the good work Home Depot Team!!!!!!

The rest room was very clean. I had to rest due to back and leg problems, asskciate broght me a fan to help me cool down. wow! want great people in this store!!!

Good but sales associate couldnt give me a price on the gas cylinders advertised.

I do volunteer grounds keeping and flower bed work at the retirement community I live at. And I always shop at Home Depot for all my needs, including my personal home needs. All the store associates that have helped me up to now have been very friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I have, so far, always found what I needed at a reasonable price compared to other stores. I just quit shopping anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

I always go to this store for my home improvement needs. Would like more cashiers than self-checkout. I think the self-check out makes it a less personal experience.

I've gone to this Home Depot multiple times now and I am really impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the store associates are. I've always been a Lowe's guy because I felt like their customer service was a lot better, but this Home Depot has changed my mind. Truly a great experience every time I visit. They always have what I need at a reasonable price and the sales associates never treat me like an inconvenience. Instead of telling me where something is, they guide me to it and ask me if I need any help.

This is a good store if you don't need help from associates. Lots of employees wondering around, not a single one knew the difference in any of the weed eaters. They all said they'd find someone who works in that section. Not a single one that came up to me worked there. USELESS.

Bought some chain at the store. The helpful floor associate cut the chain and wrote the numbers on a piece of paper for ease at check out. When I got to check out the cashier, late fifties woman with real short grey hair who looked like a middle school Biology teacher tried to punch in the number from the piece of paper. They did not come up. I asked, 'Can you look it up, it is just 3 foot of chain?" She said, "NO!" Shoved the paper and my purchase back at me and said, "You need to go back to him and tell him to write the numbers where I can read his writing!!" There were five other customers in line behind me, I was humiliated by this terrible display of "customer service". I felt like a football caught in a sparring match between cashiers and floor associates. I wanted to walk out, but I had people waiting on me for the project we were working on. As I picked up my items and the paper, I snapped and told her, "This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!" And walked away. I found the associate and he corrected the numbers and I checked out through a different cashier too upset to even look at that other hideous cashier. I have been in customer service for 25 years and never treated a customer as bad as I was treated today. I have to repair 60 foot of stockade fence this coming week. I will need concrete, posts and fence. Even though Home Depot is closer, I will be making my purchase from Lowes!!

The associate in Flooring was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. He made purchasing tile and laminate flooring very easy because of that knowledge. I can't wait to go back and pick out carpet for the rest of the house.

some associates real nice and others said i would have to get someone else because they were going on break ! so not enough associates ,so i try to find it myself. not very happy.

This store had the items I needed and with an associate's assistance was able to locate them quickly. Associate secured a wheeled loading flatbed cart for transport to the cashier and my car. The items were as advertised on the Home Depot website and priced accordingly. After reading the previous user reviews, I purchased the additional items to insure a lasting installation for garage door insulation kits.

The Garden Center is cheerful looking and there is always someone you can ask for help. I find a great variety of flowers, herbs and pots to choose from and usually end up buying something else that catches my eye. The prices are good and the variety of products seems endless. I purchase all my garden needs from Home Depot, not to mention my washer and dryer and everything I needed to remodel a bathroom. I will shop the Home Depot for many years to come.

I am remodeling my pantry/laundry room. I was in the wood department, Mac was so very helpful. He gave me some helpful tips on my project. He was very helpful!
