If yo need anything-- ask REBA. She is the reason we use this store, even when it is not the closest. She gets the importance of relationship building & customer service. GIve her a call.

Glad to see this store up its game and become a very clean and personable place to shop.

Finally, I can find someone to answer questions when I am looking for a specific item. If they don't know the answer, they find someone. If I am looking for an item they don't know of, they get on their phone and tell me what aisle to find it. Much better shopping experience than we've had in years at Home Depot on Ft. Worth Ave.! Yay!

Good store to go get everything for a big project or to just go walk around and pick up good deals you weren’t even looking for and pass time. Basically it serves all your needs no matter how big or small.

I bought a gas water heater and all the people involved were nice and helpful

made several mistakes on buying on line but customer service took care of me and fixed my mistakes to make sure i got what i needed

Associate Jesse Diaz and Bobbie were not available after 5pm to assist. The representative that answered the call stated they couldn't assist me. I wanted to complete my transaction the same day for a specific delivery day due to my current surgery recovery. I will refer a friend but make note to Try take care of business before 5pm.

Employees don’t give a dang about customers. Never anyone to be of help. This is a nightmare store.

Nobody knows what to do when you ask or need help with anything.

I have bought several kitchen appliances, lawn and garden equipment and supplies, and a gazillion smaller purchases from batteries to first aid kits. The Home Depot is my go-to store.

Location was main reason I shopped there,

I am a big supporter of Home Depot I shop here frequently and im an owner of a home rental business. The associates here never greet me and instead they greet the Latino customers only. It has happened repeatedly and im tired of it the Oak cliff location is anti black and it needs to be addressed immediately.

My Experience at this store was good.

I have always shopped at Hone Depot but recently have noticed the customer service area is much more organized and much more efficient..I went last week and wanted to pick up an order and it wasn't ready..but the attitude from the crew made it not so bad because honestly....the sales person in plumbing was a huge help..that person needs to find substitutes..wish I got his name..but he was very young so kinda threw me for a loop..I actually hunt him down when I'm looking for a plumbing solution 😀

Never the right inventory and always a mess

I order through a corporate account, and my order is never ready. Staff wont even give me a update of when my order will be picked off the shelf even if i order days in advance. I can literally walk to the shelf and pick it myself but it is not allowed. Staff will just say" you can wait around and ill see if someone can pick it." I've given this location multiple attempts and the service is always the same. Horrible.

Convienant. But military discount is almost impossible to use

If you’re going to spend a lot of money and want your questions answered without feeling like your bothering an associate about different washer & dryer products Go To a Better Place. 3 people working and we couldn’t even get good help buying a stacking kit for our appliances.

Stay Away! Some corporate schmuck in the Home Depot headquarters who never wore a uniform has decided to make it more difficult to utilize the military discount. Used to be all you had to do was show your government issued ID, which is proof enough at most places. Now you have to download an app, register yourself, and show a unique QR code each time. Not only is this a deterrent to receiving the military discount, it is downright illegal, forcing a class of citizens who already have proof of service to take extra steps so that the woke corporate A-holes can track you.

I shop at Home Depot a lot. It’s more seek help than being sought out. But the employees are helpful and kind. This visit seemed like there were many workers and on the move. It was a good vibe.

Went in for a simple 4 inch dryer vent with clamps that website claimed to have 13 took a chance like always and didn't find one ..so I had to buy the one that was a dollar more without clamps..but get this not one 4 inch clamp in same section nor could I find anyone to help..so I just re used old ones which I have to crawl back there and do again..this particular store needs to have plano grams done from professionals or even handymen..I'm not blaming the staff from inside the store ..their job has nothing to do with setting up the shelves or walls..their jobs are to keep it stocked

Lazy workers long wait in customer service

They hire mostly teenager who don't care and don't know much about anything. The adults that do work here Pedoos they 30+ giggling and playing with the 17 year Olds weird.

I had to ask 4 different employees to open a cage.

Always helpful employees and usually always have everything in stock and clean store

There is a bad customer service environment at this store. Management needs to establish a friendlier experience for customers. Employees getaway with being rude. Many times I drive another farther location just because of this.

Thank you for taking care of me and making my grandmother birthday with the wicker love seat.
