Great Home Depot no complaints good customer service

Went today to pick up a tool as a Christmas gift. I asked 3 people for assistance including a manager and received no assistance despite waiting 20 mins to have the door unlocked for me to get the tool. I go to this store out of convenience but would rather drive across the city to a different store than deal with the type of service I have gotten here.

This store always has stock and if not they will go the extra mile to find it. He red aprons is my term for helping me. Thank you

Got a problem with a return and wasn’t resolved

I’ve been coming to this place for a number of years now and I have to say that out of all the Home Depot stores I’ve been to this is by far one of the best. Mostly because the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and the isles are very well organized and clean. I’ve never had an issue finding any items or having to return any items. All and all a great place to shop.

If you’re looking to purchase appliances, I can suggest Home Depot. Great selection and prices. I cannot, however, at all recommend paying for the install and haul away. Don’t do it. They will find a reason not to install every item or install something and forget multiple pieces that you’ll discover later in their mess. Purchased 4 appliances, they installed only one, but still forgot pieces of it, and did not install the other three. We did! They only unboxed them. Then they proceeded to not haul away the dishwasher AND left appliance-sized cardboard boxes at OUR curb to deal with rather than taking them as they were supposed to. That is absolutely part of their cleanup process. Overall, this was an awful and extremely disappointing experience. We ended up doing every bit of their work. While I was refunded for install and haul away, I paid for it because I didn’t want to do it! I wanted professionals to do it. Sadly, I didn’t get professionals—I got two lazy men who were capable of only opening boxes.

I had fences agreement with Buzz recently Over 9000. I do need financing for this project. I visited store 6816. One of customer people whose name is Melanie Gomez. She provided big help to open new store card which can have 24 months financing. She kept constant communication with my fence sales manager and other people who are related to opening card to make sure it’s 24 month financing and even has $100 off for promotion. I am happy to get things done so quickly ! I really appreciate it !

purchased these rocks for front porch area. they gave the place a great look . will be purchasingblooming more for side yard. price great also.

Sammy the gentleman in Pro, is extremely helpful and resourceful. He consistently has a positive attitude as well as will assist with loading your vehicle or helping to load your cart with large items. Finding help with these things can be a little challenging, but this guy has always made himself available to assist my husband and I.

was not able to find someone to help me with what I needed. When I ask questions, was welcomed with, not sure I am helping someone. zero customer service, NORMAL people shop there too, NOT only constrution people

In comparison to other Home Depot locations, this one is always reliable and well stocked. Sonia, manager at customer service was very accommodating and assisted us with a unique situation. We were in an out of the store in a fraction of the time because it is a well run store.

I bought a house two years ago and find myself always in here buying one home improvement tool at a time. The prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful. I don’t really like the home depot model of going to self check for everything because those lines are LOOOONNNNGGGGGGGG, however I’ve noticed long lines at all of the Home Depot stores. Please bring back checkout lines with associates. Please. Otherwise I have no complaints

I had a good time shopping there, the employees were helpful and nice until I ran into the manager Artus. He had a nasty attitude towards me and I didn’t feel welcome there. Other than that the cashiers were very nice when I needed help at self check out line.

Mark and Sime in the Paint Department were very very helpful and went out of their way to help me find the product I needed!

Great and friendly service, excellent selection, well organized, conveniently located, I could go on! I've been visiting this home depot for years now, and I've never had any issues.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. We were there around closing time and were expecting to be rushed out but it was the complete opposite. All the associates made sure that we had everything we needed and even made sure that our items were safely loaded onto our truck. Gina was simply amazing!! It’s so refreshing to be around people who genuinely want to help instead of trying to rush you out of the store. we didn’t get the other associates name but everyone from the cashier to the young man helping us load our things were awesome!!!

I visit this home depot frequently. Everytime I am greeted with care and concern.
