Every time I go to this store, I can always find an associate willing to "page for someone else to help," but never anyone to actually provide assistance.

The cashiers are bilingual and friendly! The Managers are awesome and the associates are very helpful, my first choice Home Depot on Ft. Worth Ave.

This store has improved 200% since its' opening. I love it!!!

So glad you guys put this Home depot in my neighborhood. Love shopping here.

I love the customer service I get at my HOME DEPOT. I have visited many locations over the years but I always come back to this store because I never feel like a bother when I ask for assistance. This location has the greatest employees all around. Keep up the great work.

Tonisha in applicances went above and beyond her duty to ensure that my experience with HD was exceptional. She called various local vendors and located the necessary hose and clamp that was missing from the open item I purchased. Between Constance and Tonisha, I realize that the appliance department is staffed superbly and I will visit again soon.

If you want to order windows, talk to Floyd! He's very knowledgeable about the wide variety of products which the Home Depot stocks, and did a great job at placing a rather complex order for me.

Our house was burglarized a month ago. When looking for a door, we automatically chose Home Depot. I met with Floyd and not only was he helpful, but knowledgable and very attentive to all of my needs. There were some issues with pricing when ready to place the order and Floyd made sure that everything was close as possible to the original estimate/quote. Even though this took longer than expected on both of our ends, he was very patient and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the end result, which I most definitely was. I would recommend Home Depot to anyone looking for a door, especially knowing that there's a good associate there to assist with their needs!
