The store in general is fine and so are the employees. However, if you order flooring from them and have them install, the company they use for installation is very subpar. I would not recommend the company they use for flooring installation.

Much improved. Last time I was in it was hard to locate anyone that worked there. Today I was able to quickly find people, plus most of the associated I walked by asked if I needed help. The product I was looking for was not on the shelf (it was a popular item) the associate got on the ladder and pulled down all of the inventory not only for me but for other that might come looking for it.

Plagued with poor training/inept staff. Store manager refuses to follow through on promise. Very Very long wait when returning to resolve issue. No sense of urgency.

Shop here nearly every day, experience today was one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had!!!!

My wife and I bought our first fridge at this store 17 years ago. After doing our diligence to research over the Internet, we again chose this store for two main reasons. The store had the product we made our decision on and it offer all the extras we needed to accommodate the purchase at little to no cost. We live 35 miles out so pickup and delivery is a must. We like the excellent 5 year extended warranty and all it's benefits offered, at what we feel is a good price. The extended warranty on our last fridge saved us 3 times, well exceeded the price we paid for the warranty, today's fridges are about 3X more expensive, the warranty price is about the same, for us a no brainer, insurance monies well spent. Home Depot is plaqued with the "new generation" work force as is its competitors. Almost all sales associates are more involved with their " smart phones" or "latest gossip" than they are the customer, as aggrievating as it is for the customer and I'm sure management, I gave the store a three star, because of its lack of customer service. I will say, once we looked at every model and make of refridgerator offered on the floor and came to our decision WITHOUT a sales associates interaction. I sought out and approached a sales associate, once engaged the associate handled all questions, pros and cons, warranty details and assisted with final sales at checkout, Very nice.

Associates through out the store are very friendly and helpful, store and restrooms are clean.

Now the store has plenty of employees always willing to help as needed.
