Always greated and made to feel welcome and wanted, always someone willing and wanting to help me find what I need. Better selection of high quality products and almost always in the same Place so their easy to find. Even though there are many other (in fact all the other) stores closer than Home Depot I keep coming back because they have the people who are willing to help me the best selections , the best prices and always the most smiling people . The only thing I would change about this store is nothing. However I would clone it and put it. On my side of town.

This store is doing better every day. The employees treat customers so much better than they did years ago. Thank you HD for doing the best you can to make our lives better. So many of us are on strict incomes but we are trying our best to make our homes look better. This HD is doing its best for the community. One thing is the parking lot needs to be redesigned. So many customers have to reposition their vehicles several times to get in and out of the parking spaces. It is NOT safe for people. Yes. I cannot stress the need of more room in the parking lot with the design layout. Diagonal parking would really help us all. There are many advantages to angle parking that make it less dangerous for pedestrians and vehicles. The current style is really outdated. There is really nice lady that has short grayish hair that usually works the lumber exit checkout stand that always greets customers with a friendly welcome. Treat her well HD.

I had difficulty with the in-store delivery of a special order appliance that I was told had come in. I drove 225 miles to pick it up, and it was not there. Management at this store totally went above and beyond to make it right. All employees I dealt with over the snafu were concerned, friendly and helpful.

Before I forget please do something about the long user name and password required to do the surveys. It is a bit too much just to complete a survey. Major point number 2. Please tell the corporate office to redesign the parking lots, They are too dangerous for vehicles and pedestrians. Diagonal is the best. The spaces are too difficult. The very kind gentlemen did a knock out job helping me named Johnnie. Home Depot needs to take good care of this man so he'll stick around. Please tell him TY. I mentioned Johnnie. Also there was a very kind young woman that worked really hard to help with my internet order even though for some strange reason it would not pass. She has reddish hair I think. Hope I got the color right. I was buying closet rods and wall panels. She is also a hard worker and HD should treat her well. It was great to see customers were actually treated like humans. Ask the IT programmers to allow more characters for comments. There really is not enough room for just 500. Thank you so much Home depot for doing your best to help us as a community. SO many of us are struggling and with your help we are able to actually do more. I hope your holidays are truly terrific. The above is for the Odessa Store.

Please redesign the parking lot parking spaces as angle diagonal parking to be safer and more accessible for quick entry and exit. Please tell the corporate office to overhaul an outdated way to park. There are so many vehicles that have to realign several times just to get between the lines. This really is NOT safe and is dangerous to Pedestrians and other vehicles. This Home Depot has come a long way from where they once were. This store use to mistreat customers and had the attitude of not caring. But that has changed for the better. Except for a couple of people that seemed to be having a bad day that included the manager on duty and the cashier on register One, most were kind and helpful, The cashier on register 1 didn't really seem too enthused in helping in any way at all including inputting. All she wanted to do was look at her smartphone. Nevertheless this is a good store. Please know I am grateful for this HD working hard to help us in this community. So many of us are struggling financially even though the attitude in the Permian Basin is that everyone here has a lot of money. Not true for folks on fixed incomes. Open minds leads to open hearts. The cashier on register 2 was super nice and made customers feel like they mattered. Treat her well Home Depot. The user name and password to enter the survey is too long and a little complicated. I had to reenter due to putting spaces between the long letters and numbers. There ought to be boxes so that each group of letters and numbers can be automatically be placed as spaces. Reprogram the survey to be friendlier and not annoying. And let me say this is a super store. The self checkout monitor was super kind. Most of the employees were friendly Only a few were on the hateful side. But those with bad attitudes was mute. Reprogram the survey so the user name and password have individual boxes auto. Survey comment boxes need to allow more characters in order to explain in a little more detail. 2000 characters may be better than the 500 count right now. Maybe in-service employees to pretend they are glad customers are in the store even though they may not really like it at all. Overall this store is doing a great job. The self checkout person was super kind and understanding. She went above the call of duty to make customers feel welcomed. Same goes for the cashier on register 2. MOD and cashier on register one need some PR skills. Even with the hateful attitudes I love this store and what it is doing for the community to help us. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. Always great customer service with people willing to help. My favorite place to shop! I also love that they have an app, it’s so useful.

I like this store, I would just like to see a little more employs to help on to find my things when I can not. The store is clean and in most times when I have contact with employs they are friendly. I just had experience with no help.

If you're looking for any sort of interaction with the staff, YOU will have to initiate it as I've been through the store without one associate speaking to you...even at self checkout...not even a "thank you"...even when you're the only one in self check out...see a pattern here?

Our design Consultant, Marissa Marquez made our visit wonderful! She was very helpful and created a kitchen design that worked with our taste and budget! Great experience.

The customer service that was provided was incredible. Kyle, Ruben and Savannah went above and beyond. I wish I could provide the rest of the employees names because it was definitely a team effort.

We went to buy some carpet and other items at Home Depot. I was really pleased at the professionalism of the employees that helped us. Our salesperson went above and beyond what was expected of her. What she couldn't help us with, she made sure to ask her manager for help. Will definitely be going back for other needs.

Odessa store always has in stock what Midland doesn't have enough of. Or maybe Midland store sells out the items I need. A hop and skip 20 minutes, no worries...

I'm giving this 5 Star rating for one reason only. A manager who's name is Mr. C (I'm calling Mr. C because I can't remember his name exactly.) I like Home Depot for some of the products they carry, I'm usually always disappointed for the lack of service. Today when I was about to walk out two managers walked by me and the female Manager asked how I was doing, I replied not so good, Mr C peeled away from her and asked how may he help, and he did, From finding a shopping cart to pay out to helping me load my New Lawn Mower in my SUV. With out a dought it's the best service I ever received from any retail store. Prior to the managers walking by, I spent 30 minutes walking from one end of the store the mower section is in to the other, even asking the help desk to alert a sales associate that I needed help, looking for a sales associate.

Home Depot in Odessa has improves its customer service greatly! The employees I have come in contact lately are much more available and more knowledgeable than I remember them being in a long time! We love shopping at homedepot a lot when we need stuff for our new home we go there and get we want and they have there if not then they get for us they Oder it for us and bring to our house for free and the staff are Willy nice and sweet

My wife and I visited this store from Fort Davis, Texas. From our first step into the store to our last step leaving the store, we were greeted, assisted, helped and treated as loyal customers. We had several questions about many products, and each and every employee we dealt with was very friendly, helpful, eager to assist us in our quests. The employee in the electrical dept, saved us hundreds of dollars by recommending products that would be better suited for our project. When we needed directions as to where to find something, it was amazing to see just how eager the employees were, even taking our hand and guiding us to where we needed to go, then assisting us until the employee that was assigned to that department could help us further. We are surely going to recommend this store to our friends, and everyone we come into contact with about the service and dedication the employees have to their customers.

Kaley and Nathan in the,gardening department were extremely helpful. The,staff at HD always treat the customer like family .
