This was a fun and educational trip! We found everything we needed and even got some pointers on how to do it from your friendly sales associates.

Home Depot is doing a great Job getting a good variety of tools, just need to train the associates better on tool location and knowledge, the prices are competitive. In overall I try HD before I going to LWS.

The associates would very helpful with everything we needed.

store associates were very helpful. Only bad thing I would say is some of the walk ways are a little cluttered.

We ordered a bbq grill online and wanted it assembled. Had it ready in a few hours. Went to pick it up went to the Customer Service counter Pamela waited on us she was excellent had us out of the store within 10 minutes and had someone help us load it in our pick up. Best service I have gotten I will be going back in to the Odessa store soon. Thanks again.

Its getting Better than it was ... I used to HATE going in this STORE.

The store was clean to where we can walk through lanes, problem was all the products were not well organized. Example pvc material its scattered you literally have to go through each box just to find the half inches or the elbows, it was a nightmare! Everytime we go and need help or to get paint it literally takes an hour an a half!! But the cashiers are very friendly and helpful!

Easy to locate and purchase and checkout easy and fast

Had a Easy time finding what I needed. I needed some new cabinets and hardware to complete a project and they had all I needed.

We have been to other home improvement stores in the Odessa area and the service and store quality was horrible. We really enjoyed out experience at this Home Depot the employees were friendly and helpful, we did not have to walk all over the store a thousand times to figure out where things were. The products were put away properly and the isles we marked and easy to read. Thank you Odessa Home Depot for making our shopping experience in your store a great one.

The Home Depot in Odessa Texas need more employees. The store is clean and fairly well stocked but could use a little more. The employees on the sales floor are very rushed to cover everything. The registers are very busy.

NOT VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE STORE BUT IT WAS VERY ORGANIZED. THERE WERE NOT MANY ASSOCIATES BUT THE ONES THAT WERE THERE DID THEIR BEST WITH THE AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS THEY WERE SERVING. THE WORST THING ABOUT THE TRIP WAS THE WAIT TO CHECK OUT. WHEN YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN, LONG LINES ARE NOT GOOD ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE ONLY BUYING A COUPLE OF THINGS.

The cashier at the self service registers went over and above in helping me to find the fan that I needed. You should be proud to have her in your employment and I wish I had gotten her name. I was in the store 7/30/12 at 7pm.

Visited store and received assistance in finding chalkboard paint from a very friendly sales associate. Appreciated her willingness to assist me.
