All of the associates were friendly and asked if I needed any help. One gentleman went as far an asked if I was okay (I am a heart patient)The cashier was one of the most friendliest I have met.

Need more. cashier for faster check out time. to much time invested in self check out.

I had a very nice sale clerk helping me with my paint selection and she let me know what was on sale !

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by several friendly associates. They were very helpful and assisted me in purchasing a washer and dryer. Because of these associates, I will be back!

I was going to pick up the products I needed for a project to paint my son's room. When I arrived in the paint department, Madie was speaking with another customer. She told him she would return in a moment, came and asked me what I needed, and showed me what to look for and told me she would be back as quickly as possible. In a very short period of time, she had returned to me and began helping me. She gave me advice on what colors to use for the wall, trim and door. While the paint colors were mixing, she took me around and asked me what I already had and what I needed for the project. She pulled things that she knew we would need, and reccommended things that I had never heard of, gathered them together, and had us done and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. It was very quick, but i never felt rushed. It was a truly great example of the type of customer service that every store should have, and I was very imporessed. Thank you, Madie, for everything.

Always pretty good.....sometimes cant find an associate to help

I appreciate the associate in lighting who took my phone call and searched for the four light fixtures I needed. Once she found them, she took them up to the service desk and put my name on them so they would be available for me to pick up. Thank you so much for you help.

This was a very good experience for me. I needed an item that was not available anywhere else, but the Home Depot had it and it was very inexpensive. I had given up on the store but now I feel I can start shopping there again.

We found what we were looking for with no problem, but i would of like some help. I had some questions an concerns about the doors.

50 yr old woman and 56 year old man with heart condition.... Left to fend for ourselves lifting plywood and sheetrock, etc... Associates too busy talking to offer to lend a hand and cashier to self aware to call for customer assistance.

I WENT ON MY LUNCHBREAK TO GET A GRILL FOR MY HUSBAND FOR FATHERS DAY. AN ASSOCIATE NAMED AUSTIN CAME UP TO ME AND OFFERED HIS SUGGESTIONS ON WHICH ONE WOULD BE BETTER. AFTER I CHOSE ONE HE IMMEDIATLY WENT TO THE BACK TO GET IT GOT ME CHECKED OUT AND LOADED INTO MY TRUCK SUPER FAST!!!! THAT WAS A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD AT THE ODESSA TX STORE!!! AUSTIN IS A KEEPER!!!

It was a good visit because associates where very helpful and made easy my shopping needs. Also answer all questions about the items I needed to buy.

I can usually find some to help me with the many projects that I have. The prices are in line with the other home stores and some times less than some stores.

I Find that the Home Depot in Odessa TX is under staffed. I had to load 4 sheets of plywood and 50 2x4's by myself when I waited 10 minutes for a associate to help me. So they are either understaffed or do not care about there customers once the money has been received

everthing was fine, there is not much to say about my visit.
