We had to quickly buy a washing machine. 3 associate's helped and everyone was was very considerate and nonweldable.

I’m an artist that uses multi mediums at any given day I could work with wire or with paint I could work with cement and Home Depot to me is an art store and I’ve gone there for more than 10 years and a couple times. I’ve used Home Depot to buy something for the house, but mostly just to do some really cool artwork, thanks for your help

Home Depot had a "black Friday" sale in April that I didn't know about, and I score some major deals! Also, the associates were awesome and very friendly.

I shop at Home Depot Mt Nebo store a lot. The store.cashiers are always friendly and employees smile and say hi when they walk past you in the store.

We bought the LED down to dusk bulb, it's a great product to replace the sensor/switch controlled on/off.

Customer service was above and beyond what we expected. Just wanted to say thank you to Rich Robb for helping us out with finding the lighting we needed, and Frank and his coworker who’s name we didn’t get at the paint counter for going above and beyond to get us all the different colors and shades we needed! Customer service was awesome all around and we will absolutely be back.

Had an exceptional experience working with the kitchen/bathroom designer at Ben Avon Home Depot. Didnt even realize until I was looking that they have a designer to work with you free of charge. I was also surprised how affordable it was. I got a custom made bathroom sink cheaper than a pre ordered one. Greg was helpful, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend hi. And his home depot.

This HD Staff stands out as being particularly friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Jamie and Thom who recognized that I had a fractured wrist and helped with my purchase. Thom said not to worry and he would find what I need and bring it to the front desk. They didn't think twice about going above and beyond! Bill came to the front desk asking who had the car with blinking lights and offered to help load my purchase without me even asking. Just overall great experience. Thank you to this HD team. It's a well run machine. :-)

I was in a bind. I had a job to complete and I ran into problems. I went to the home depot to see if I could get some help. I talked to an employee about my situation, he walked me through the process from start to finish. Now I'm confident that I can get my task done, and get it done correctly.

They have the best in paint

I love Home Depot. However Rich Robb on this trip in was incredibly helpful! I went in thinking I’d only get a few things and ended up getting items for our upcoming bathroom renovation. I was wildly unprepared to make these decisions, but Rich helped me through every little thing making sure I got the right outlets for the sink area, wet rates lights for the shower etc. I can’t speak highly enough of him. The rest of the team was also very friendly while I was perusing the store!

Richard was a great cashier very friendly and accommodating. It's a pleasure to check out with cashiers that truly like their job.

I went in for garden supplies and was greeted, asked if I needed help and cashier was waiting to direct me to checkout

I shop and compared for some products and I find Home Depot prices good and I like the use of their credit card. Since I use self check out a lot I find Lori is always cheerful and helpful when I have a problem.

Bought a vanity via homedepot online store. The team was very helpful with opening the box and luckily we did since the back of the vanity was very damage. The service person immediately reordered without asking! She was thoughtful and sympathetic, not phony, very genuine. Happy I went to this store, I feel confident that the replacement will be looked over thoroughly

Over the past 8 months to a year it seems as the staff has changed and for the better. As I generally always shop Home Depot and have always enjoyed this location the most. How ever things were changing and the staff seemed to have no care about their job. And that’s management! But over the past year things have changed it seems. The store looks better and the employees seem to be caring more like they used to. Thanks Home Depot.
