Lots of things and inventory .

I went in for garden supplies and was greeted, asked if I needed help and cashier was waiting to direct me to checkout

I shop and compared for some products and I find Home Depot prices good and I like the use of their credit card. Since I use self check out a lot I find Lori is always cheerful and helpful when I have a problem.

Bought a vanity via homedepot online store. The team was very helpful with opening the box and luckily we did since the back of the vanity was very damage. The service person immediately reordered without asking! She was thoughtful and sympathetic, not phony, very genuine. Happy I went to this store, I feel confident that the replacement will be looked over thoroughly

So lucky to have kind and knowledgeable people to help me at Home Depot on Mt. Nebo

Over the past 8 months to a year it seems as the staff has changed and for the better. As I generally always shop Home Depot and have always enjoyed this location the most. How ever things were changing and the staff seemed to have no care about their job. And that’s management! But over the past year things have changed it seems. The store looks better and the employees seem to be caring more like they used to. Thanks Home Depot.

I have to say I was impressed with the helpful and knowledgeable employees that I spoke with. AND I didn’t have to run around looking for them. They were on their department. Great store location!

As a new homeowner, I find myself visiting on the daily, lol. Ben Avon store staff do a great job of pointing me in the right direction!

This is my store of choice, have always had great service. My last visit my cashier Marye was excellen.

I was considering a front of my house landing and stair railing install with a TREX system. I was not that familiar with the options, fittings or availability. I was so lucky to have worked with Alyson at the ProDesk, and she put the entire project together, suggested money saving modifications, ordered the merchandise and basically made a complex situation amazingly simple. She was absolutely amazing.

There was an awning that I fell in love with and had been saving up for. I found it cheaper online, but didn’t want to trust just anyone to buy it from. Since we go to Home Depot every day, I wanted to see if they would help me with a price match. They did! I’m so happy! I’ve been wanting this awning for 11 YEARS. I can’t wait to get it!

Worked with Richie O'Brien, the design consultant, and he went out of his way to see that we got everything we needed! So glad we chose this store!

Every time I visit this store, I am always pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of not only the grounds, but inside the store as well. The shelves are always stocked. The employees are courteous and kind with a warm greeting or send off. As much as I shop here, I pretty well know where everything is at, but if I do need to ask for an items location the staff graciously lead the way. The cashiers who work the registers in the pro center are top notch. Way to go Home Depot!!!

Allyson was excellent from start to finish. This is my first remodeling project and she was extremely helpful. She made sure I had everything that was needed. Her customer service was excellent.

I had a problem with a product- this was totally my fault, by the way- and I was hoping I could have it replaced. I pleaded my case honestly with a young woman named Jessie who went completely above and beyond to help me with my problem. I will be a customer for life, and can now get back to building closets for my future fiancee!

Animal Friends is so thankful to Steve and his team for their amazing donation of plants to our shelter!! We are so lucky to have Home Depot right in our "backyard" and love our Home Depot friends as much as they love our animal friends ;) !

The staff that helped me this particular day was exceptional. Steve the manager, Josh that helped load the car and Cyrus went above an beyond. After loading our truck with a fire pit patio set, which took an hour, I realized that the base of one of the chair legs was missing the bottom piece. I went back in the store and each one of these guys were relentless in making sure I got what I needed. I appreciated them so much!

We bought carpet for our rental properties. The selection was terrific and installation went as expected.

I’ve been to a competitor (I.E. L——) and it seems to me that when you need a sales associate to assist you with finding an item, they suddenly disappear. I’ve actually observed a sales associate start walking down an aisle toward me and for no apparent reason, stop and turn around and walk down an adjacent aisle where there was no customer. It could be coincidence but I have a difficult time truly believing that. In this Home Depot I have never experienced this ever. Sales Associates are nearby and willing to assist the Customer.

I went into the store later on a Sunday evening. I never felt rushed. I needed help choosing a paint type and color. Jim and Jessica were amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. I cannot recommend them enough. Truly and amazing experience!!!

From purchase to leaving took over a half an hour of waiting on associates to help retrieve the tanks. Plenty of associates were working at this location, but not until asking 3 different times did someone come out to open up the propane cages.

Employees throughout the store are helpful and courteous!

Needed to tune-up my lawnmower for this year. All the necessary parts were in stock, easy to locate and priced right.

This store always has product in stock. They never have tons of aisles closed off which is great when you have to get in and get out. Cashiers are always there if you need them.
