very well maintain store and very helpfull employees, they made me feel welcome, unlike lowes in buffalo who avioded me when i asked for help, and told me to look it up on line. home depot made me feel importamt.

The Home Depot in Olean, NY. is centrally located and easy to access. Their products are easy to find and service is excellent. All the associates were friendly and very helpful and eager to answer your questions and assist you in any way possible. The store was clean and associates easy to ask questions of.

If the cashier Michaela is working go to another register she is very rude. I went she would not answer my questions and I felt very ignored. I love the Olean NY Home Depot. Especially their garden section. I cannot wait for every spring to arrive so i can go load up my cart with new annuals, perennials, stone work, fencing, etc. I can easily get there, shop and get back on my lunch hour. Thank you!

The Olean store is one of the finest layouts of hardware and lumber stores I have shopped at. In Jacksonville, FL while living and building homes that store was not as well groomed and managed as the one in Olean, NY. The Olean store is very well stocked and has the finest workforce I have ever encountered. The management staff lead by Zane Garmen should be commened for their outstanding leadership.
