I went in and needed help and employees were easy to find working in the floors and immediately stopped what they were doing to assist. The staff were very friendly.

Everything I purchase work well and just what I needed.

You need to allow gift cards to be applied to purchases which a coupon code will also work. Using a Home Depot card to complete. Not allowing that process cost you a sale.

I bought this product today and I am Very impressed.

Trina that works at the Olive branch Home Depot was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the measurements for the faux blinds. She provided essential input regarding the correct window placement. She was inundated with questions and was very patient.

My wife and I needed assistance to have several keys made. We were assisted by one of the Home Depot employees… La Sondra. She worked her magic, all keys made. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We also needed assistance in selecting a Smoke Detector and Carbon Dioxide Detector. She handled that request beautifully. My wife and I left the Olive Branch, MS Home Depot “wishing” that all store employees could “be like LaShonda”. Kudo’s to LaShonda…. WELL DONE!!

Bought my yearly garden flowers and supplies today. I will buy more in the near future. Home Depot is the place I always go to for my garden supplies.

My purchase experience was great!! The washer and dryer was on sale in the price range that we were looking for. The customer service was excellent!!!

We were looking for a lawn tractor or zero turn mower. Andrew met us outside and talked about all the brands. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant. He really made it easy for us to choose and we had a great experience because of him. Checkout at customer service was smooth too and we went home very pleased.

I love this store but the contractors they use to deliver goods are not knowledgeable enough about the product they bring to your home. I've had to return a Maytag washing machine 2 times because the delivery folk could not set it up properly to work.

I just want to say, Thanks for the help when I ask questions people at Home Depot are listening and really want to help us find the parts and feel patience to guide us to navigate the correct parts. Please keep the worker with knowledge and stop firing them. Knowledge is power and it pays to help buyer like me to purchase the right parts to get the job done.

Finally, I went to Home Depot and there were associates there to help and the employees we encountered were very helpful and happy to assist.
