I don't live in this area, was visiting family. The employees here are very courteous and nice.

The store was clean well stocked and customer service was great

We were shopping for a small wheelbarrow, which we saw outside the store. An associate went to get us one from the gardening area, didn't realize there were some outside at the other end of the store. The one he brought to us was very dirty and had a few scratches, he gave us a nice discount because it was very dirty and didn't look brand-new. We consider this excellent customer service, which is very important to us as we get older.

Everything is easy to find, and plenty of it. The carts work well, no broken wheels. Checkout is easy and fast.

Home Depot has a great selection and great customer service.

Went in just minutes prior to closing in need of an o-ring for a faucet that was leaking. I asked for help,was directed to the right aisle, and thank goodness there was one of the right size o-ring left on the hook. Checked out at the courtesy desk.

I HAD TO PURCHASE SOME ITEMS FOR MY HOME, AMY AND ADAM WERE THE "GO TO" PEOPLE. THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER AND I WAS GETTING THE MOST FOR MY MONEY. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS STORE AS MY PRIMARY GO TO PLACE FOR ALL MY HOME NEEDS.

Mike in the paint dept is awesome. He's professional, knowledgeable and personable. I worked a number of large projects thru Mike since last year and he remembers project material details. Thanks, Mike, more projects this year!

THE STORE WAS CLEAN, I WAS ABLE TO FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THE ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Once someone stopped to help me they found what I needed in less then 45 seconds and I was on my way. Sometimes finding the right person to help is all thats needed.

Tonnia was so helpful in helping us to design our kitchen, I went to Lowes the day after expecting the same exemplary service I received at Home Depot and was sadly disappointed. Without even finishing over there I ran back to Tonnia and order my cabinets the next day. She was so helpful and accommodating with all my questions and requests. If you are looking for a new kitchen go and visit her! She is wonderful :)

Today I was on a mission to purchase a washer and dryer. I was thinking i was going to have to stop at several locations to find the price to meet my budget, I was wrong!! In a matter of 30 minutes I not only was able to get what i needed but for a better then my budget price. I was in and out quick like and will have my new machines this week. VERY PLEASED!! Thank you Home Depot for, again awesome service!!!!

My wife and I spent a good amount of time going over the paint color selections in the store. The paint chip displays were very organized and plentiful. If you can't locate a color that you like, then it most likely doesn't exist. The paint descriptions are very informative and easy to read. Our Associate was very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with our purchases. Even the cashier greeted us with a smile. It was a pleasant day at Home Depot.

As regular Home Depot shoppers, we frequent stores in various locations in New York and Vermont. We recently went to the Oneonta NY store and were very happy with the staff, who without exception, were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. the store was neat and clean ,and we gained knowledge about products we were interested in. We were able to arrange an appointment for inspection of our mini split unit, which is not working properly which was an added and unexpected bonus. We would choose this store, again, based upon our recent experience.

Pro Desk Manager went out of her way to find me the item I needed. She was very knowledgeable and provided great and friendly service. As a home improvement professional, I would highly recommend the Pro Desk services at the Oneonta Home Depot.
