I have been coming to this store for a very long time and the people here are very courteous and helpful.Things are easy to find and store is always clean.

Rainy day . . . forgot my umbrella . . . guess what? Umbrellas for $4.99 right at the entrance! Small catastrophe for me, I forgot my reading glasses and I needed to read coding on a small electrical item I needed to replace. An observant employee approached me (perhaps I looked distressed trying to read small numbers!) . . . asked if he could help . . . he read the numbers for me and then accompanied me to exactly where I needed to go to quickly locate the item I needed Now, that's customer service!

Bald heavy set employee provide horrible customer service. I asked him to cut a 8'x4' board. He was rude and reckless with saw and board. He almost hit me twice with board. He cut the board wrong. He was disrespectful in front of my son.

I live in Fullerton and this is my favorite store to shop at. Teri, Gina, Esbedi, Yvonne and Karen the cashiers are always there to welcome me with a warm happy smile. This store has some good energy! Thanks ladies!

Nothing but great experiences with this store. I'm doing a lot of remodeling and painting and have had nothing but exceptional experiences.; specifically with Kristen at the paint counter and Rick Nanez in appliances. They have been patient, kind, friendly, humorous, and totally invaluable in helping me choose what I need and making sure I don't get lost with the infinite choices there are.

I love the Orange store on Katella, I've been coming here for years and it's still nice to see a few familiar faces.

I went into the Katella store and was given great service.

I called the one 800 number customer service line and they pretty much said that it's up to the Store manager discretion if he or she would like to return something. If a customer has a product that has a lifetime warranty he there shouldn't be any discrimination whether the item should be exchanged for another item that is working it's kind a like the managers pick and choose who they feel need to return more than others I think it's because maybe they get a lot of people scamming them on returns what they should do is actually not think that everybody is out to scam him when the real customer comes in with the real item in a real return they think they're getting scammed by them but when someone comes in and is really scamming them they return stuff I don't get it I'm so frustrated with the Home Depot's two locations in particular
