Crew2 lost the product to be installed on day of installation and rescheduled two more weeks out. After two weeks and day before the awaited installation they now had problems with the work site which would require another cost. They had pictures weeks earlier to review the work site but once again waited till the scheduled installation day to drop the ball. After a month I gave up and hired another installer who had no problem at all.

We had a hard time finding a specific item but the customer service associate Teryl was a huge help in finding the item. She was super friendly and quick to help. We were looking for specific shelving brackets that somebody has left in the wrong (yet similarly stocked) aisle. She quickly found the correct aisle, and helped us find the item.

The employees at this location are the most helpful, friendly, and honest around! The employees are the main reason why this is my favorite Home Depot Location!

Nathan at the service desk was very friendly, helpful and supportive. Also a gentleman who helped me to my car with my heavy items. Great job!!

Came in with not much time to grab some paint and was in and out thankful for the staff such as Josue who value their customers time. Definitely suggest this Home Depot over other Home Depot’s top notch!

We had a bad experience with Noah in Paint. He was too busy on the first phone. Stone face . We didn’t get greeted and gave us attitude. Please have your employees show some kind of interest and customer service should be number 1!!

I am at this Home Depot more than once a week. More than once I have have been welcomed by a lovely young man by the name of Nathan. He is consistently friendly and ready to help me. It's not often one is welcomed so sincerely by an employee, he makes Home Depot Orange shine!

Store was clean. Employees were friendly and helpful.

I usually buy online and pickup in the parking lot or in store. It's convenient, but sadly, other people park in the curbside pickup spots, leaving those of us who are actually there for curbside pickup without a place to park. The store and the employees are great, but the customers are rude when it comes to designated parking. Aside from that, I've always been able to find what I am looking for, or at least be able to order it. On rare occasion, I will have something delivered, and that also worked out well for me.

As much as the store design is not the typical Hmm depot, they have a very good helpful store, it's well stocked, efficient and clean

Chase (in blinds) made our experience wonderful. He was knowledgeable, polite, patient and SOOOOO helpful.

Home depot has a nice line of carpet selection such as life proof and stain master I recently made a purchase and looking forward to having it installed on my home next week

We purchased 3 large plants and received excellent, friendly service from check out and assistance in loading the plants into our van.

Plenty of employees staring around but don’t expect to receive any customer service or help.

The employees smiled and were very friendly and willing to help and answer questions.

I shop here when I need items that Home Depot supply. This store is GREAT in service and employees are friendly and helpful.

I always buy my paint from Dunn Edwards, but it was after hours so I ventured to 'Depot just to buy primer. Glidden makes a PVA primer for drywall. Lucky me! Liam was working and was extremely informative and knowledgeable. Turns out he has a background in interior design and was even able to assist with color selection. He sent me home with some swatches and better thoughts on what I might select. Highly recommended.

I could not be more please with the expertise, suggestions, and great listener Roxana provided. Just a delightful experience. I will be using her again for the next project phase.

Alicia has the best customer service. I am remodel in My Home and have been shopping daily at Home Depot. I have asked multiple employees for help., but everyone seems to busy and in a rush. Finally, I met Alicia and she has gone out of her way to help me find everything I need for my home construction. She is never in a rush, and takes her time to explain everything to me. She needs to be acknowledged for her hard work and great customer service.

The Katella store almost always has the products I need and has knowledgeable, friendly employees who are happy to help me find solutions to my home improvement challenges for my home and rental units that I manage. Thank you!
