Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is outdoor power equipment on sale for Spring Deals?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that DIY list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for setting up appliances indoors, doing lawn and garden work outdoors, and organizing your home with new storage. Don't forget to upgrade your outdoor power equipment and patio furniture as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running only from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26. Don't miss out on these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Be certain your home is ready for spring temperature swings by replacing or repairing faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. On the outside of your house, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that could let water leak inside. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to winter weather. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture freezes inside the cracks, you might be dealing with damage.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you've been searching for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the next Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Head to the Kids Workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on 5/2/26. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this sweet keepsake box that fits all sorts of tiny treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage fine motor skills, listening abilities, and creativity. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. The best part is decorating this unique box with stickers, so leave some time to place them just right.
