Employee John M. assisted me in locating a door stop. He observed that I was lost and quickly asked me for help, and directed me to the door stops. He was friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Walked in and out of the store thanks to him. Home Depot needs more people like him.

I came to Home Depot this time with my wife because we purchase all of our cleaning products for the home because they're all in one area and the prices are good and you have a wide selection of cleaning products to clean the entire home inside and out

this is a quick visit in and out needed to grab products quickly was in a hurry no wait for check out good experience overall

having a 1905 Victorian home means I spend a lot of time and a lot of money at home depotI use the associatesnot only for assistance in finding products but use their ideas in restoring the home and using innovative productsto keep up on the constant upkeep on my own sometimes it seems like I spend more time at Home Depot then I do if my own homewith the products available it makes it a lot easier to do the repairs and to keep my home looking beautiful forum the roof to the cellar and of course the lawn and all the shrubs and trees etcI'm thankful to some people so close to my homemy wife jokes with me that she comes home and if I'm not here she knows I am at Home Depot

Thanks for help on Sunday locating my light bulbs. Who knew finding the right light bulb could be so complex! A Home Depot associate saw I was struggling and offered assistance. He was very helpful. Told me the pros and cons of two I was pondering over. He knew the features and was a big help in with my decision. They even had the football game on the monitor while I briefly waited in line. Thanks!

Customer service was helpful when the store down the street was very rude stating they couldn't return even with a receipt and all parts.

From start to finish, my wife and I had a great experience in the purchase of our kitchen granite countertop. The process of purchase and coordination with Arizona Tile (where we picked out our granite) and with Block Tops (who installed the granite) was very good and well organized. It took only one day to have the countertop installed. Block Top workers were very interested in and had pride in the work they completed. The Home Depot sales associate was very helpful in walking us through the steps in getting the kitchen countertop installed.

We come to this store often to get things for the house and gardening. Even when we get things wrong, it is easy to return the items and get the correct ones. There are an adequate number of associates to help without being swarmed with people when you don't need any. Often, we are just looking and working out projects and need the time and space to do that. When we need help, we are able to find it.

The Employee at the Service Desk that has paw prints on her apron is AWESOME!!!!! She is always helpful & I never have a problem ordering anything online. If it's not in store she goes out of her way to look it up online! Great Customer Service!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

While this location is not the closest Home Depot to our home, we were happy to drop in there while we were out. Found helpful people and the products we needed to get our to do list a little closer to done.

Home projects during the weekend. If I need wood materials for a home project, I check the cull lumber. For example, 2x4x8 size I don't need 8ft, I need 2ft and normally found in the cull lumber bin. The price is great and I'm not wasting tree either. In fact, I'm using a left-over.

Leea at the Customer Service desk was AWESOME. We needed help with a couple of things - including an on-line order. Customer Service was slammed, there were phones ringing off the hook, people were unhappy with lines and other things. Leea took it all in stride and treated us like gold. Thanks Leea!!

i use this Home depot for work. Quite a bit. Never had a bad experience. Everyone has always been super friendly

Craig H. in the Door and Window department (in The Orange Store on Katella) helped me quickly replace a broken (I broke it) JenWeld window glass panel. He took the time to research my old order data, recovered the exact replacement window panel size, and ordered an EXACT replacement. It came in about 7-8 days like he promised, and I it installed in a snap. I got quotes to do the same job from a glass guy who does residential work, $325. I did the work. The window just slipped in the old space, snapped the retainers, and I was done. I spent $113. That Craig is the 'Go To Guy'! Clone him!

Craig is an incredible brand ambassador. It was his knowledge, service and willingness to go above and beyond expectations that made my experience so wonderful. He helped me pick my grill, helped load it up...and made sure we had everything we needed to go with it. I am very thankful he was there...and you should be too. He turned this browsing potential customer into a $542 sale. Exceptional performance. Thank you!
