I usually go to the store in Orange before I go anywhere else.

With each different department I went, a sales associate offered help. That was nice since I didn't know the location of everything I was looking for. There was a lot of freight being unloaded and that's a good feeling to a shopper. It reassures the buyer that the store stays stocked and stays in business.

The store was clean, the workers were polite and very helpful, I go in when I need something I work in Orange.it very convent for me

We use this particular Home Depot often for just about all our home repairs, new appliances, garden supplies, etc. We have purchased a number of appliances with one of the Home Depot special sales and very satisfied with the quality. They have been helpful in making sure we get the quality we were looking for. There are two women in the cabinet department who are extremely nice and helpful. Also the customer service personnel are very nice and helpful too. We have also used the 12 months to pay with no interest and find that to be a good deal spacing out payments. Overall we like our hometown Home Depot.

I was having a bad day prior to entering your store. The sweet and very helpful girl that helped me and checked me out was so refreshing, I actually left your store in a better mood. Thank you for employing such kind people.

The overall experience of the store visit was good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would like to see equal amounts of check out counters on both sides of the store for more convenience so you dont have to walk to other side of store for speedy check out.

I found everything that I was looking for. The garden section was very well stocked to supply my needs.

I went on a Saturday to the hand tools to buy saw blades. I was having trouble locating them until a employee took my right to it. Everyone working their has a knowledge of where everything is . I also went to the plumbing location and the lady their was very knowledgeable about faucet replacement parts. I was very impressed, if you every have tried to find replacement parts to a Peerless faucet you will want to talk with this lady. She can also lead you any plumbing part in seconds. I hope she never leaves Home Depot.

Im from beaumount but I had a job in orange, I gotta hand it to y'all!!!! Yall kicked my stores butt today! I got approached at least 5 times by your associates asking if they could help out!!!! Ron in hardware was on point on his product knowledge! Chelsea walked me around taking me to every item on my list (told me about that neat app as well) Cindy at checkout scanned everything for me and even put the money in for me!!!! Then to top it off Howerd offered to load all my things up! Outstanding job at Orange, Home depot

The associate was not very knowledgeable and cut the wrong length on my wire and mislabeled it, causing me to have to make TWO trips to the store to resolve.

The second experience I have had in this store where management does not handle customer service very well.

Helpful people always willing to assist. Asking if they can help find something. Quick checkouts awesome place to shop.

The product was in stock salesperson was most helpful, answered all my questions. Also offered protection plan which I had not thought about. Friendly, helpful in every way. Highly recommend this store to everyone.

I really appreciate the personal attention i received on my latest visit, I was upset about a fencing problem, I needed some materials to fix my fence!!! The ladies who helped me were very kind understanding super helpful, I got just what I needed at a price I could afford and was able to go home and make it work, so thank you very much!

needed help, a young lady named Chace came to my rescue. this associate is a credit to your company/store, i wish all your associates were like her.

I was assisted in the tool rental department by a very supportive female associate that demonstrated the safe usage of a JAM SAW that I wished to rent. I asked this assistant if this store rented a self-powered trencher that I might need in the future and she took the time to direct me to the tool and explain how it functioned and how to operate it. WOW, I didn't expect this from a female associate. I was impressed.

Every aisle and dept. is labeled. It is so easy to find just what I need. The associates are very helpful.

Awesome store. Well stocked and organized. The associates although friendly and courteous, need to be better trained as to where their products are located in the store.

Staff is always willing to help even if they have to walk you from one side of the store to the other - a couple of different times...because you keep thinking of something else you just remembered you needed...and they don't even get upset with you...they'll even offer to help you the next time you come in when you think that if that saw you walk in the door they would run and hide from you...nope, not these people. That's why I keep coming back...they're just down right friendly and helpful!

I had some much needed help when choosing a paint that was perfect for what I needed and when I was checking out I had a great conversation with the cashier on a craft that I was working on. I was even able to share some wonderful tips. I always have a marvelous experience at this store that I choose not to shop anywhere else.
