It is handy when something is needed, lumber, plumbing, or any kind of home repair or improvement one needs to do. My one issue, is so much stuff is behind lock and key now days, it makes so hard to shop when you have to ask for something to be unlocked and then it has to be walked up. I know its to cut down on store loss, but I feel you should crack down on the ones doing this, not us regular shoppers, let your people put a stop to these people walking out with all sorts of items. Crack down on shoplifting in your stores

Bought gray kitchen tile. However, there was no availability of the trim. Only trim tile they had was white. White could not be used. The rep did all she could to help us. We could have ordered it but it only came in a case and a case was more than we needed.

We drive to Orange to purchase almost all of our building supplies because they have the best and most helpful employees. It takes less time to get in and out because there is always someone ready to help you find what you need and get it to the front. And the cashiers are ready to help with a smile. We have other building material stores within 3 miles of our home but we would rather drive the 14 miles to this store. It's great!

My dryer had gone out and as a single mom with kids starting school I was not optimistic about buying anything that same day that was brand new and affordable. Drevan and a couple of other very sweet ladies went above and beyond for me and not only found me what I needed but at an unimaginable price. I'm so incredibly grateful and will definitely be back!

Eddie, Kaley and Kim were wonderful helping us find the right lawn mower. They were professional but I felt like we were family by the time we were done. The comradery of all the employees was lovely. Thank you for great service!

Home Depot is the place that your needs will be satisfied. There not like others. When u see they have it online in the stores they find it if it’s not on the shelves or if it’s on the top they will get it. Other home improvements places will not go out there way knowing they have it on top shelve to get it. They will tell you to order it online. So your first stop for home improvements or landscaping stop at your local Home Depot

Brother Cedric greeted me as I walked by and was very friendly. I asked if he could help me find a piece of wood I needed and he didn't hesitate to assist me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding what I needed for my project. His customer service is top notch!

This store does seem to have a few small problems. Staff seem a bit less knowledgeable about how to do things and about the products themself. Additionally the care and stocking of the products seem to lack a bit also. I recently bought a fairly expensive lawnmower, I did get aa good deal on it, but think I would have rather got a ew lawnmower that looked like it was new. After getting it home, I found out not only was the finish faded, but the fiberglass has deteriorated to the point before I use it any more, I am going to have to refinish the entire mower, hours of work and another $50 worth of supplies. This is not the only thing, but one that sticks out too me most. I have been going to Home Depot for years for all my supplies and new to the area, but his store, while still better than other hardware stores, is not as good as the other Home Depot stores I have been to. I must say Tana our check out clerk was very friendly and a joy to deal with.

I love this HD store. It is always immaculately clean and everyone is always super friendly.

The employees at this store are so nice and helpful, they will help you research the product and get what you actually want. WITH A SMILE. That seems to be a lost art here lately, but not at this store. Well done!

I am at the end of redoing my house. Home Depot had every thing I needed and some I didn’t need but got anyway. No complaints what so ever. Highly recommended!!!!

We went to buy 3/4" plywood. From the moment we entered the store until they loaded our pickup truck, the employees were there to make sure we were helped to the max. I can see there is definitely a big improvement in the store overall. I don't know who the manager is but whoever it is he/she is doing a good job.

On this date (10/12/2023). I bought a top-load water dispenser to use at my place of employment, Pinehurst Police Dept.

I was shopping at the Orange store when a severe unexpected weather event struck. There was high wind, rain and hail. I drove my truck under the lumber material pickup area to get out of he hail. After a couple minutes I saw a store employee waving at me from the store. I was expecting them to tell me to move out from under the covered area. Instead I was asked to come into the store and gather with all shoppers and employees in the recreation/meeting room. It was considered a safe area for the tornado alert we were under. It was unexpected and appreciated. I considered it a step above and beyond. We were offered snacks and drinks! Definitely a caring manager and staff. Very much appreciated.

Great people and we’ll organized

The employee Kendra, made it such a pleasant experience. She followed me where to go. She got me help. She took me out. She got me help getting the item out to my car. Her attitude was exceptional.

We were very pleased with the kitchen design help we received from Paula. She was very innovative, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us during the design process. We ordered semi-custom kitchen cabinets and are very happy with the quality.

The customer service at this location is always top notch and unlike any other location I’ve visited. Always helpful and go above and beyond to be of assistance.
