A clean and organize store always has everything I need

At least one Sales Associate always asks if I'm finding what I'm looking for.

I made my purchases at Home Depot in Chesterfield, Mi 48051. This is my store of choice

Helpful and friendly staff. Parking lot is big and easy to access . Get almost everything I need for my DIY project

I have never had a bad experience when visiting the lake Orion store. a employee is always around if I am unable to find something and has a lot of knowledge as to what product would be best for me. My husband will send me up for tools or something I have no clue what it's for. Im that case I always ask your staff to help me find the item or items and have never came home with the wrong item.

I always enjoy my visit to my local Lake Orion Home Depot. There are friendly folks visiting and working here. I find excuses to visit.

Kathy, Victor and Elliott are the best staff there. They make my store experience great.

An associate was available while I walked back to the area of store I needed. The sale went very quickly in the selection process.

Friendly service at customer pick up counter and great work preparing my order for me to pick up quickly.

Store was clean, bright, well organized and tidy. I quickly found the items I wanted on my own, but I noticed that the staff was available, knowledgeable and friendly. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful.

Found a screw driver set on sale that was perfect for my dad

Looking for a new microwave. Found the dept. and was In and Out in no time with just what I wanted.

I was shopping for a circuit breaker and needed help to find the exact one I needed. The store associate was very helpful and found it quickly. She seemed very knowledgeable.

Visited store several times and sales associates always very courteous and helpful....especially on the visit mentioned earlier the cashier Rae was very considerate and helpful with my checkout and made sure all my items were bagged for me as I am disabled.

It is a good feeling when you ask a staff person questions about your project,and they have the knowledge and experience to walk you through it. I have always gotten what I needed and more.

I went to the store to pick up a University of Mi. grill cover I ordered on line. After I picked it up I decided to check on some Christmas lights for my bushes. I didn't know what you called these lights but I found an associate in the department and she informed me they were called "net lights". She was extremely helpful in determining the size and color I needed. She even took my lights to the outlet and plugged them in so I could see how they looked. I was extremely pleased with my experience and bought 3 sets, rather then the 2 I thought I needed. I have purchased carpeting, blinds, appliances, and incidentals from Home Depot and have always been very satisfied !

I have never had a bad experience shopping at this or the Auburn Hills Home depot. Better than Lowes.

The store is always clean and this is a very busy Home Depot. My husband is either home or at his home away from home 'The Home Depot'. Besides duct tape this is the best thing since sliced bred in his mind. I enjoy going to the store to check out new things and beg my husband into upgrading in our home as things are now dated. I got an extremely hard-sell for the Home Depot credit card during checkout at this store. I was buying a $30 item, and the associate first noted that I could get "95% off if I opened an account," and continued to go on and on about it over the course of the checkout. "You don't want 95% off? How could you not want 95% off?" Then, the associate brought the associate at the next register in on the game! "Hey, he doesn't want 95% off." "He doesn't? Why not? 95% off is a pretty good deal!" It was extremely off-putting and uncomfortable. I go to Home Depot because their selection is greater than my local hardware stores; however, I do have at least two small hardware stores closer to me than this Home Depot, and in the future I will definitely stop there first and only visit Home Depot if I absolutely have to.

The associate in the plumbing aisle was very patient and helpful when I needed to replace my sump and add in a backup system. I was able to grab nearly everything I needed in one trip. Our only error is I needed two check valves. I had assumed that I could reuse the one in the house. Overall - great help in getting this novice what I needed to do this job myself.

I PURCHASED A WASHER AND DRYER AND RECIEVED GREAT ASSISTANCE FROM REX MOORHEAD, REX MADE THE VISIT EXTREMELY ENJOYABLE BASED ON HIS KNOWLEDGE AND GOOD CUSTOMER PROTICOL.I RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND IT'S FINE SALES ASSOCIATES FOR OTHERS TO EXPERIENCE .

They were setting up for Black Friday and all the boxes were safe and secure, also the place was clean and properly lite. I always shop at home Depot than Loews because the staff are much nicer and more knowledgeable.

Easy to find the power tools I was looking for. I liked that! The only issue I had was that the building material I was looking for wasn't kept very well and some pieces were slightly damaged. also they were low on stock. I've had much better experiences at the Lapeer store which I stopped at the same day to get the rest of the amount I needed. Material was in much better condition in Lapeer. I will probably do most of my shopping there or in Bay City. Which I will be purchasing a dishwasher very soon.

New to the area and had good couple of visits to this store. Very clean and the people are very helpful as well as polite. Highly recommend this store.

Prefer this store to the Rochester store. Not sure what, but better organization and wood department.

I make purchases for our maintenance staff of our Condo Association. I always go to the contractor desk, because I know I will be helped. I usually have several things to purchase and we spend several hundred dollars a month at the store. My favorite go to person is Tim.
