associate was fine, the store was clean, a little time for found the associate.

The store was very busy, however the sales associates were still able to help me and my family out. We were able to find everything, and they also helped us with the large amount of things we bought for our new house.

The personnel were very responsive to my needs and IO was in and out in a very reasonable time.

The entire store felt very clean, orderly and well stocked. The best part was my cashier Rosemary - very personable, friendly and conversational. She spoke perfect English - not always easy to find in Orlando, FL.

I enjoy shopping at this store. The employees are awesome they always remember me. They never are to busy for small talk why we are looking for what I need to find. I like going to the pro desk to check out. I always leave there laughing. That last time I was in the store Michele (at the pro desk) noticed my coffee cub was empty. While we were waiting for my text to confirm order to finish she took cup from my and went over and refilled. She even remembered how I take my coffee. It's not just a store that can smile and say hello while you walk by like any other big chain store can do. This store is like going or your uncles hardware store and picking up a couple of things.

I always get an excellent customers services at Home Depot.

I ALMOST ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED. ON A FEW OCCASIONS, IN THE EVENINGS, I CAN'T FIND AN ASSOCIATE TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR BUT WHEN I DO, THEY RESPOND QUICKLY.

If you want great service specially when buying high ticket items, ask for Kay. She will help you or get you with the right associate to help you get the job done right. I just purchased a very high ticket item from Kay. Kay had Cristina help me with the purchase order and she did a great job. Cristina even asked if I was happy with everything before she rang up the purchase. Kay and Cristina were able to connect me with the manufacturer on the phone. I know this is not always possible but its nice when people make the effort to get you answers immediately. I was not planning on making this purchase immediately but after talking to Kay I was ready. I will need to pull a permit and the manufacturer will be assisting me to make things go smooth. Thanks Kay!!! I hope Home Depot appreciates you as much as my wife and I do.

VERY PROFESSIONAL staff and products where available in terms of what I required.

I am a frequent costumer there. I do a lot of DIY projects and the staff are usually happy to assist. In the paint department the girl there is super good with her knowledge and suggestions of colors. I wish the cashiers had more knowledge about stuff in the store.

Fast and easy to make copy of keys and the price is cheap.

I have been to H.D.'s over a 1000 times in the past 5 years, and have not been treated as well as I was in late June, 2015: The Pro Desk family, specifically Michele, took me by the hand and instructed me on the Pro Xtra program and savings tiers that Home Depot offers. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that she took the time to explain and sign me up for the deals. Store# 6869 should be on everyone's 'bucket list'. = ]

I am at Home Depot every week sometimes 2 and 3 times a week. I always find what I need and never have a problem getting help when I need it.

Love to go to the garden center and always is someone to assist you...

The store was very clean ,products were easy to find.The associates were quick to assist you and answer questions or concerns that you had.I wanted certain fertilizer which was not on display at the time.Within minutes they found my fertilizer that was on the top shelf,instead of telling me that they were out of stock they got the forklift and I was happy with my fertilizer.

I work a distance from this store and would go out of my way just to shop here! I always go to the PRO desk to see Michelle, she is most helpful and knows her stuff! Always professional and gets me in and out in a prompt and timely manner! I wouldn't go anywhere else, she is the BEST by far (I also get help from Eric and Julio as well) very helpful too!

We went to home Depot to buy a grill and some tile sample for our new home. Jeff from the tile department is very knowledgeable and he was so nice to my wife and son. I really appreciate his expertise. Also we had a girl she looks Asian and she was very helpful as well. She came to us and asked if we needed help. She also made some recommendations on the grill which was very helpful. I wish I had paid attention to her name tag. Overall it was a great experience. Tyr
