This store is improving on service and the employees are getting better about knowing what is where in the store.

Again, was impressed with Todd, the clerk. And pretty much the whole store, the customer courtesy was great.

Its a great store but you seem to lose good employees..if I got there and it is obvious I need help the employee should be able to help me.

Wonderful and friendly and VERY helpful people. Best experience of any Home Depot that I've ever been in over many years. Lots of inventory and easily found. Definitely recommend others to try it.

Love Oroville Home Depot. Ease of parking. Great Contractors desk help! Associates are always friendly unless they take an order and enter in computer at paint desk...then when you come back to pick up product...the new sales associate said the previous associate cancelled out your paint order... thirty minutes went by!!! Not good! Overall...still love the Oroville Home Depot!

I have been to this Home Depot numerous times. Customer service is excellent and if you have a question on where to find a product or just need information the employees at Home Depot are superb.

Friendly helpful staff, short lines, very clean and nicely stocked. Another plus was the 10% Military Discount. This Home Depot is right off of the freeway with plenty of parking. My husband and I really enjoyed our experience in this store. We are new to the neighborhood and feel lucky to have already found a favorite place to shop.

Oroville Home Depot has the friendliest employees of any Home Depot that I have been to. It is a big store and I am getting older so the help that I receive from employees is very much appreciated. They really do go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with what you are buying and that you have the right items. Great store, great employees! Keep up the good work!

This store has always been nice to go to the cashiers are very friendly and helpful we have only had a issue with the return center once when we went there. I feel it was just not a well trained person. But overall the store is clean and have great customer service elsewhere in the store.

We're very happy we have a Home Depot here in Oroville, so we don't have to drive far. We're trying to remodel our house and I love Home Depot. Very convenient for us. Love the people very friendly and they go out of there way to help. We appreciate Home Depot in our town. The store was very clean.

The store is clean, the staff is friendly. The sales person Sergia is very knowledgeable and friendly. We prefer the Oroville store to the Chico store since the staff at Oroville are friendly. We were asked by all staff that we passed on our way to flooring if we needed help. It was very refreshing to be treated with care, rather than as an annoyance! It takes us an hour to get to town either way, so we will continue to shop at the Oroville store!
