The Home Depot Rental Center at Osage Beach

When you're ready to kick off your next DIY project with confidence, you want the best tools for the job. In many cases, The Home Depot Tool and Truck Rental Center can help you fill in the gaps in your toolbox and garage. We're known for high-quality power tool and moving truck rentals.

Tool Rental
Start your next DIY project with confidence and the right tools for the job. Let The Home Depot Osage Beach Tool Rental Center expand your toolbox with the tools you don't have at home. You can rent the tools you need and bring them back when the job is done. If those rental tools just went from wanted to needed, we have used tools available for purchase. Compared to the new items on our store shelves, they're discounted.

Leaf Blowers
Try renting a leaf blower to blow away leaves. Fall will be here in no time, so have a leaf blower at the ready. It's far less work than raking. It's also easier on driveways, hardscaping surfaces, and concrete sidewalks. You can rent one of our handheld, backpack, or walk-behind leaf blowers.

Insulation
If you need to prep your home for cooler weather, consider upgrading your insulation. Rent specialized equipment for insulation to install it the right way. Choose from a cellulose insulation blower or a fiberglass blower, and get those nooks and crannies insulated with ease. Installing insulation keeps your home warmer during cold weather and cooler when it's hot outside, all while tempering your energy bills.

Heaters
There's nothing better than a comfortable room, so be sure to check out our heater rentals. Portable heaters keep outdoor events, workspaces, or barns warm. They're safer than torch patio heaters because they don't have an open flame, and they also blow the hot air for greater coverage. We carry electric, propane, and gas heaters in a range of sizes. Pair this with good outdoor lighting, and you can extend work or play later into the evening hours.

Truck and Cargo Van Rentals
To make it easier to transport large tool rentals, we keep trucks of all kinds and cargo vans on hand. Although availability varies by store, we offer a selection ranging from pickups to flatbed trucks to cargo vans. You're sure to find the right size truck rental for your DIY project so you can keep your timeline running smoothly. As your source for DIY projects, packing, and storage needs, it's easy to make us your go-to source for truck rental as well.

To get tools and transportation for your DIY or home improvement project, check out our Tool and Truck Rental Center in Osage Beach. Renting the appropriate tools for the job makes a difference. We're your one-stop shop to get from doing to done.

Frequently Asked Questions about Rentals

How do I rent a tool or a truck?

Stop by your local Rental Center to see what's available. If you'd like to be sure of what's in stock, call first to inquire about a tool or truck. You could also check out our tool and equipment rental or truck rental pages to see if what you need is offered at your favorite store. For more information on renting tools, read these Tool Rental FAQs, including equipment terms and conditions.

Can I rent a tool for a week?

You can rent a tool for four hours or longer. Simply choose the length of time that suits you. Small DIY projects may only require a rental for a few hours, and bigger jobs aren't a problem either. You have options to rent tools by the day, week, or month, too. If you need it longer than your initial rental period, call the Rental Center to arrange an extension and avoid late fees.

When can I bring the tools back?

You can return the tools early if you finish your project sooner than predicted, but on time works, too. Just make sure to bring them back by the deadline listed on your rental paperwork. Please clean off residual dust, mud, and grime from the tool as well. If you need it longer, call the rental center to see if you can extend your rental period.

Do saw rentals come with saw blades?

Yes, power saw rentals generally come with blades, but we do recommend that you purchase your own. You'll likely not get a sharp blade when you rent, as most people won't leave one on there when they return it. However, you might get lucky and have a sharpened blade on the saw. Since there's no guarantee, it's better to buy a suitable blade, just in case you need it.

Do I need to refill the rental truck with gas?

Yes, please fuel up the truck before you return it. Note the original fuel level when you receive the truck, and be sure to fill it with enough gas to match that same level. When you don't refill the truck, you have to pay a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.

Can I rent a truck with only a driver's license?

No, you also need to be 21 or older, in addition to holding a valid driver's license. Depending on your state, you may require car insurance, as well as a deposit or credit card hold, too. Please bring your credit card for Home Depot truck rentals, as we don't accept cash. Penske moving truck rentals have different requirements, so review those if you plan to rent a Penske truck.
