Went to Oxford store tonight and had two associates help me that went above and beyond customer service responsibilities. Kudos to Jamey & Shavonne.

The prices were great. I was able to find everything I was looking for. The sales associates were very helpful and Angela the cashier was extremely welcoming and thanked me for shopping.

An employee (Crystal McAvoy) noticed I was struggling to determine the best item for my situation and helped me evaluate the pro’s and con’s.

I have always had very positive experiences at this store. I have found their employees to be helpful & willing to answer questions.

My husband a retired Veteran and a Senior and myself 60, shop at Home Depot because it’s a habit. When we need something of that nature but we are so fed up with being monitored at the self checkout (the only option)! I bought (1) can of Stain $16, no other customers checking out, Cashier/line guard within 2 ft from me asked if I needed help I said no, she continued just to stand there, I said please just ring my item up instead of just lerking behind me! Then same thing at another location! Bought cleaner, no cart went to the self checkout (only option) an employee hadn’t spoke or asked if I needed help until I’m checking out, I say no! They just stand there, I ask them just to ring stuff up but don’t just stand there in my personal space…he said it’s is Job! Home Depot, thieves walk out with carts full of expensive tools but yet the cashier just stands there in my personal space! Driving me and I’m sure others to not shop there! Hire a Security Guard if you have a problem don’t harass frequent elderly good paying customers! Yes other stores have this model but not to this extent! Ruins our shopping experience every time! If this was a once or twice experience I would not leave this type of review but this is on-going! I catch myself after I shop and swear I’m not going back…it’s just a habit but habits can be broke!

I have shopped at other stores and Home Depot have the lowest prices on most big ticket items.

My visit at the Oxford Home Depot was a great shopping experience. Friendly and helpful employees and the item I was wanted was in stock and a value purchase.

I bought 2 lawnmowers in the last 3 yrs from This location...just have alot of trouble getting spare parts I need ...and your employees are wanting to help ...but they are not knowledgeable...about belts ,solenoids,...wire harnesses, ignition switches... things like that ...just wish I didn't have to go from pillar to post to find things

As a disabled veteran moving back home after many years, I find I will be making many, many trips to this location, and after visiting other stores in the area, this happened to be the best one, and I am pleased about that. I have purchased everything from cleaning supplies to kitchen backsplashes nothing but satisfied with the prices and products

You can never get anyone to help, when you do they can't answer the question, and they are rude!!! I have been in many Home Depot stores and none of them are like this one. Not a good shopping experience.

Ms. Brandy T. seams to know a whole lot about her store in Oxford, Alabama . She was to helpful and nice I wish all employees were like her.

Julie, Tate, Josh and Alex all went out of their way to make my shopping experience above my expectations. They were polite and didn’t make me feel rushed. They took time to help me. Excellent customer care.

Kristal M was absolutely exceptional! She recognized we were having issues logging into our app for the military discount. She attempted to fix it. Offered to take the time needed to fix our app ( we didn’t have time ) She said next time we was in she would be more than happy to take of it then. Her attitude, willingness to help, and overall demeanor was outstanding!!

I wish I had gotten her name, but a young lady helped me at the self-checkout and made my day. I hate those self-checkouts, but it always helps when there is an employee to help! Thank you! Wonderful employees!

I had very good help and service from Jeron. He was very helpful at helping me finding the things I need. He was so nice

I went to get a toilet after checking availability online. Upon arriving, there were no flat carts to put the toilet on. I went through the store checking to see if there were one in the store. There were plenty BUT all the employees were using them. I went back to the front and got a buggy. I proceeded to the back to pick out my toilet. I found it . I loaded it in the shopping cart and went to the front checkout. It rang up $50 more. The lady at the checkout followed me to the back to see what was wrong. She pointed out that the toilet was in the wrong place with wrong price. She found one on the top shelf. She said she would get someone to help me. I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, I went to the front to see the lady. She said she told the supervisor about my situation. She found me a flat cart behind her desk. She supposedly called someone to help me. I went back to the toilet area. I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally, I decided to get the one that I had first picked out. I went through checkout and loaded the heavy toilet in my truck by myself. Do you know what these toilets weigh?

This Home Depot is large, clean and well stocked. Most employees are courteous and helpful, although too few employees during afternoon hours.

EVERYONE AT THIS STORE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU. THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND DON'T MIND ANSWERING A TON OF QUESTIONS. THEY TRULY WANT TO HELP.

The cashier Yolanda was very rude and unprofessional she made our experience with Home Depot so terrible that we never plan to shop there again!!
