Does management use the men’s restroom in this store? These were here on Tuesday and still there Saturday night. Come on folks!

I needed an item that required a lift to get down. It took a while and I was ready to leave, but then I found an employee Brandie that was so professional and willing to help that I had to change my rating from one star to five.

I've shopped this store several times and your associates make the store! I never have to look for anyone and they are always very helpful.

Employees were very friendly

Went to get pine straw, RoundUp and mulch. The lady in the garden shop very, very nice and pleasant and the gentleman that loaded my truck was timely and very professional.

From beginning to the end of my purchase adventure the Oxford store employees showed a genuine interest in making me feel comfortable and helping me accomplish a satisfactory purchase and delivery experience. It would be rare to find this outstanding attitude/service in any other stores.

I had to exchange a kitchen cabinet and the 1st lady helped me was awesome. Then when I came back to buy the new one Aaron was the only one there and stepped right in and helped me out just like her! Thanks to you both

I received help from several store associates from hardware, making keys, and the checkout clerk. They all were helpful and courteous.

We shopped in different areas of the store, but we had an associate work with us throughout. They stayed with us and helped with checkout and even loading. The cashier showed them how to do things there, and was so helpful in answering some questions for us. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.

bought a Cruz XD zero turn mower Wed May 7th, delivered Fri May 9th. I chose this mower because I am a Rt below the knee amputee and of all the choices @ HD it was the only one with hand controls only to operate. 2 hrs into cutting grass the mowers deck belt broke???? I immediately called HD for a replacement belt. They do not stock them. I said well bring me another one and pick this up. I was told it would be the next week before someone could come back to reband it to the pallet and then they would contact the delivery co to pick it up. They could not bring another one until they physically had that one in their possession and a credit was issued, up to 10 days for a credit and then I could repurchase another one and they could set up another appointment to deliver it. Yet my bank cleared the payment on the date of purchase! Today is Mon, May12th and the unusable mower is still sitting in my yard. HD said they would be out yesterday Sun, May 11th to reband and put on pallet, they were a no show to reband. The delivery co is scheduled to pick it up Tues May 13. I also bought a 3yr warranty. My grass keeps growing higher and higher!!!!!

The store was well stocked and clean! I was greeted by six different employees while shopping and asked by three if I needed assistance finding an item. The Employee at checkout area asked if I needed assistance, then thanked me, and wished me a good day when I left.

Easy in easy out and well maintained stock

Brandy, Home Depot employee, helped me with a pickup order on January 24. She was very helpful with the order and other products I picked up. It’s a pleasure to visit a business when the employees really enjoy helping the customer.

I've always been an avid fan of Home Depot. But Oxford, AL, you have soured that. It had snowed in Alabama over 48 hours prior. Yes, an infrequent thing. But it was all melted and GONE. That's how I got there from 25 miles away. Everything i came for was locked out and inaccessible. I made a couple of impulse purchases. Lucky you. Utter disappointment. Shame on you.

Terrible/will never use Home Depot card again nor shop there
